I know! I've always been hoping for a Battersby reunion, but I guess this throws it all up in the air.. Janice is a much more credible character than the one-dimensional Cilla. It's a shame that they're axing her.. especially when she's been pretty central, since Leanne returned.

I just thought she was leaving, I never thought she would die. And for the love of God, please do not mention spoilers in your titles! It ruins it for other people. Even though I don't like Janice, I was hoping the door would be left open for her to return in the future.

I'm sorry but can you see someone like Janice getting away with the way she behaves in any job? That is how unrealistic the soap world can be. The way she talks to her bosses should have got her sacked at least 20 times.

the money would go to toyah any way as her next of kin she wont have had time to to do a will but i think it would be nice if les got it but only on the conditon he leaves cilla and cant spend it on cilla in any way

Aww no i cant blieve Janice is leaving Coronation Street. I love Janice i think shes a really funny character and great actress also. Its a shame Coronation Street are killing off her character I wonder why theya re doing that for. Or I wonder if the actress has had enough and wants to leave. If thi is true and she does win the lottery then die. I hope she does leave her Lottery Winnings to Leanne as she would greatly appreciate that and would need it to live on.
