i reckon it's definitley Dennis. If it was Ian, Jane would be up front in stead of Sharaon, and the kids would be there. No one ould go to Chrissies funeral, well certaninley not Sharon and Peggy. Phil would go to Dennis's funeral as they became allies when they tried to free sam. Shane Richie also revealed that Nigel Harman had finished filming 2 weeks ago, but didn't mention that Sharon had finsished aswell. I reckon it's one of Jack Dalton trenchmen that kill him for killing Jack Dalton. It would also explain why Sharon would want to leave the square for a while, and why she is kneeling besides his grave.

That doesn't mean nothing nowadays.

Look at the grin of Peggy, and the sly one of Phil...My money, Chrissie. Dennis is the type not to turn up at funerals but wander off sulking (den's)....Still doesn't explain Jane?!? Remember though a few months back about either Sam or Chrissie hanging themselves in their cell...Must be Chrissie. Makes the most sense, but the caption "So who's missing" is sooo bloody intriguing...i wonder..

Someone has said that this might of been a break in the filming. But I think it is Dennis. The two main people he is close to is Sharon and Dot. And they are the two main characters pictured as being upset.

Actually if u look at the first pic, u can see Martin/Sonia, Jim, Stacey...Still no Ian. Lol fair do's to EE they got us here. Could be Dennis as much as I think it's Chrissie.

Hmmm the little clues....It says "mystery star MURDERED at Xmas"...rumours were Chrissie would commit suicide, so might not be her....And I think their making it too obvious to be Dennis that it just might not be. It's a goodun though u gotta admit!

If someone is stood on their own we have even less idea what context the photo was shot in, very easy to be a red herring and send us in the wrong direction.

There are so many people not in "the group photo" it could be anyone that they are paying there respects to, it could be someone who has left and we are tieing up another loose end, maybe Michelle or Grant or Kathy, anyone of these would be reason for Sharon to be grieving. Ian might not be there if he was driving Kathy home from the Airport and crashed, he could be in hospital and Kathy could be dead or vice versa, its a soap and anything is possible. From what people are posting who work in the "Media" they are claiming they don't know, I think they are getting us going in circles and it will be something unexpected. They film six weeks ahead and six weeks from today is Christmas Day, we all know that "The King of Albert Square" (as Jonathan Ross refered to him) is leaving in a big storyline on Christmas Day. Could this be it, could Nana Moon have put us all out of our misery and killed Alfie as her dying act......

I have to say, this is a very exciting time for EE. The storylines sound great and the new characters sound very promising. However I'm dreading all the big well established characters leaving - it's like they're all going within the space of 2 weeks!!! It takes me a month to recover from one exit never mind 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lets face it, it's got to be grant or dennis for sharon to have left off half the usual orange tan off, her face looks a little paler than usual. does anyone think that she would do this for chrissie???? dennis is my number one bet but could even be grant!

I thought I heard/read somewhere that although the door had been left open for Chrissies return, it would be hard for her to go back as she'd have no reason to go back there. So it could quite possibly be her. (Hope so)

I think it's Dennis alright, after all he's stated in the press that he's leaving "for good". My money is on Sir Johnny of Allen killing Dennis, as you can see theres serious tension brewing there, and if Mr Rickman finds out that it was Johnny that killed his bessie mate Andy then Dennis is bound to go in all guns blazing without a second thought to his safety. He was extremely close to discovering the truth about andy when he decided to eavsdrop on johnny and chrissy.

the evidence:

- Dennis betrayed Johnny by siding with the mitchells. the look on johnnys face when Dennis shook Grants hand was priceless.

- "Dennis defends sharon when johnny gets nasty" said one magazine preview.

the only other people leaving who are not on the picture are :

Chrissy, Alfie, Kat. My bets are that Kat and Alfie have already left happlily together to be with Zoe in Spain, and we all know that one of the two couples would have a unhappy ending. Sams already left by that point too.

i'm hoping it's not Dennis, but as soon as Dennis crossed Johnny I had a bad feeling he was about to join his pops in walford cemetery.

somehow I think Chrissy will inform Dennis of the full details of andys death to get revenge on johnny. There also the chance that Chrissy could knock off Dennis if she gets out on bail and is cornered by him. Then theres Phil who must be simmering with rage still about spending a long time on the run and in chokey thanks to Den and his son. I don't think Phil would kill him because of Sharon, and the fact Dennis helped Sam get released and sold him the Vic...but maybe he plays a part somewhere in the equation.
