Although it was Todd's, "Billy, it's daddy" that really did it for me! 
I couldn't stop bawling after that! 
I've just thought of some more Neighbours ones that made me cry:
- Drew's funeral when Libby sang that song
- Karl telling Susan he doesn't love her anymore
- Susan finding out about Izzy's pregnancy and berating Karl in the middle of the street

In Emmerdale it has to be when Marlon was watching Trisha's body be taken away after she had died, that was so sad.

OMG, I cried so much in that too!!!!!
Ali dying in Hollyoaks - but what made it more emotional is Chris Fountain's amazing acting, it brought out alot of emotions from him, and i cried at that.
And also Justin telling Becca, he loves her on last wednesday's episode it was so beautiful and heart wrenching - i had tears in my eyes - what amazing acting from Chris and Ali (Becca)

Me too! I was in floods of tears for that one.
Its strange how a person can die on a soap and I won't feel sad at all, but that made me feel awful!
I remember how sad and upset I was when it was finally revealed Yvonne Atkins of Bad Girls had definately been left to die in the hanging cells. The months after the cliffhanger I hoped and hoped she had miraculously escaped somehow but no.
Then when the new season started, all the inmates and staff found out, a rollercoaster of emotions started (i am welling up now lol)
