I thought it was about time we had one for this extremely talented, nice, fair and sexy person.

Don't shoot me but I felt sorry for him. Sharon did the same thing a couple of weeks ago when she voted to keep in Chenai because 'she is a woman' and they 'have a history together'. Of course the difference in the two acts then wasn't as crass as it was on Saturday. It can't be easy. He says he knows the Conway Sisters and their father - the judges have less than a minute to decide - and I think that this was a scenario that no-one was prepared for as they probably expected Chico to be in the bottom two with the Conway Sisters (he is now in the tour and has served his purpose for the show). Louis seemed genuinly upset to vote Maria out and shocked by the reaction of Sharon and the studio audience. I have never particularly liked him but he did seem to care and just voted spontaneously for what he thought was right at that particular second. Now it seems both he and Simon regret their decision - too late for Maria though.

I'm no fan of Louis (see above) or the Conways...but i'm starting to feel quite sorry for them too. The reaction of the crowd must have been soul destroying for those girls...I certainly couldn't have coped with it. Maria's been voted off, but she's had (and is still having) plenty of exposure...if she has what the public want, she'll make it.

The Human Gnome Project (Louis) is a joke. Both the Gnome and the Witch have done the same thing. The Witch saved Chenai because they are both witches the Gnome saved the Conway Sisters because they are both leprechauns. I have no respect for either. To be honest Chenai had more talent than the Conways have between them.

Really do not appreciate your Leprechaun comment,it is only a talent show, there are more important things in life to get upset about, btw i am no fan of louis or the conways.

What's the problem?! - He was given the deciding vote over who stayed and he made his choice - That's the rules of the show. Those that don't agree should have voted for those they wanted to stay.

This is exactly what the producers of the show and ITV etc. want, hopefully (for them) it will ensure more & more & more people vote next week adding additional funds to their already bulging coffers - You seen the cost of a vote?! - They love it!

I think Louis is ok at least he smiles all the time
Sharon just flirts and whatever Simon says seems to be fact and not opinion.
I hate the way Simon is always talking Louis down I know Louis can be annoying but he appears to be a happy chappy.
Felt so sorry for him Saturday and the CS it's neither of their's fault.

I agree. He is a brilliant businessman but he doesnt come across that well on television. He doesnt have the same quick wit of Simon and he frequently says things before he thinks.

True, but at least it's not boring and adds an extra dimension to the show. It would be drab if all the judges were the same.

Agree with this too. Louis has provided lots of talking points in one way or another during both seasons of the X Factor.
