If you've observed very well from the beging you wil know why. Because those (Sandy, Adele, Tim) are the only one he can express his TRUE feeling about the whole thing, and let the bitchiness off from his chest. He finds comfort by talking to them because they share the same views. He doesn't "try" to be cool with them and that's why he like them.

I think it is very narrow minded for people to think that Alex was less "human" before.

Why does that have to constitute being an over-the-top wannabe performer or a laugh-a-minute (crap) joke machine??

There are ALL sorts of people in this world. Why should someone have to conform because he doesn't fit in with the 'norm'?

I admired and respected him the way he was before. He was also a lot wittier and had a sharp sense of humour.

His appeal is not so apparent now.

Just 2 point out something...

No one on this thread can say anyone was fake acting last cause they were all mashed.

The only hms i saw that probably werent drunk were PJ and Tim, the rest were cained.

Note: I'm only talking about what C4 showed cause I dont have E4

I do agree alex was hilarious, but who would call themselves a pr*ck on nation tele, even if they were drunk?? Also funny when the others were listerning.

On E4 they did. C4 was doing VERY selective editing of the incident.

You cannot compare Tim with Alex. Tim is clearly there to win the game, and with the comment 'no-one will vote for idiots like Kate and Jonny', as he made on BB last night he probably lost the couple of voters he had!! Alex is a geniune guy, he has been well brought up and it shows. He always treats everyone with respect with disregard to anything they may have done. Whenever Jade gets annoyed with him he talks to her without having to resort to shouting. The only time i have seen him shouting is when he is drunk.
Alex is pure entertainment. Last night in the bathroom must go down as one of his best moments in the house!!
