I agree. Maria was put in that position by the public and she suffered the consequences. Also, if you remember last year Sharon even refused to choose when both her acts were both in the final 2.

I had no idea that there was anyone that didn't know the Rolling Stones, however young they may be. I'm 15, and surely you can appreciate that the Stones are the biggest American rock band of all time?! Is that not recognisable enough? All my friends know the Rolling Stones. I'm not sure what the young people you know are like.

I don't agree with Louis's decision, I think Maria deserves to still be there. But it was the public that put here in the bottom 2, and someone has to go each week. I know who the Rolling Stones are, but I do not know the song, however I thought her performance was good.

The way i see it is when Sharon had to choose between Chenai and 4Tune, they had similar talent (in they were as good as eachother) and Sharon obviously couldn't choose between them easily, i think it is different to saturday night because maria is 1000 times better than The CWS's and that where i think it is different, if LOUIS was the music expert he would like to think he is, he would've voted for the best talent, Maria! She was better by far, and thats why there was an uproar in the studios! This is just My Opinion though! I totally adore Sharon, i think she is a real, honest person! Something Steve needs to learn a thing or two about, if anyone ever read anything off his site, they would realise he was a total bitch and what he said to one fan was disgraceful! I personally believe Sharon was right in saying what she did to Steve, and was spot on with her facts but i did think it was the wrong situation to say it in (which she admits herself) but she wanted everyone to know he was a fake, and if someone got on my nerves like he did to Sharon and the other artists, i'd bloody have done the same!

I agree, although I disagree with Louis' decision, Sharon can't be critical of what he did, cos she did the same with Chenai against 4tune.
It'll be interesting to see what happens if the girls are up against Nicolas or Shayne !

I beg to differ. I think 4Tune are far more talented than Chenai, not so with Maria and the Conway Sisters.
I think the Conway sisters have been clearly the worst since the start, they were much worse than addictiv ladies who at least had class and looked like popstars. Maria was a complete arrogant diva and with the talent she had, she had every right to be.
Chenai imo was something special and had she sorted out her pronounciation would still be in the contest today. 4Tune i'm afraid were a joke. Absolutely arrogant for little talent. They thought they were god's gift and sorry guys but you weren't. They could half carry tune but I doubt they could have gone further in the competition and survived.

1000 times is not enough to measure the gap between 4Tune and Chenai's performance that night, or the difference in their talent generally. I liked Chenai but her performance that night was one of the worst I've seen in any of these talent shows. I think 4Tune suffered that night from the same problem as G4 one week last year when they were in the bottom two and I think Sharon knew she was putting through the contestant that was likely to last less time in the competition.
The more I think about it, the more I am convinced that Louis made the right decision on Saturday, regardless of his reasons.

I never understood why Steve posted like just another member on his site. Having said that, what he said to that particular person was quite justified for him to think even if he could have phrased it better. It wasn't a fan anyway. It was a G4 fan who was constantly goading Steve's fans on the site and Steve in person at several personal appearances and other events.

On what do you base your judgement that Sharon was right to say that to Steve? "Spot on with her facts"?
Her rant was nothing more than that of a sore loser. Sore at being redundant in the final in more ways than one. Apart from the spat with Rowetta, I have not heard about Steve getting on the contestants' nerves, and even Rowetta was gracious and mature enough to put it behind her. Steve didn't do anything to warrant getting on Sharon's nerves. Besides I don't think it was her nerves that she was trying to get him on.

actually i like the rolling stones and they are english by the way but i never heard that song before and i don't think i am alone .i think the conway sisters are not that good but nobody deserves this bashing, it is just a gameshow and the public obviously don't like maria as much as everyone thinks otherwise she would still be there.
