That's probably just the way Sandra justifies to herself the fact that Dev didn't want to marry *her* - i.e. it's not because Dev fancies Sunita more, it's because she's Asian and Sandra isn't.

First episode was boring, I never bothered with the second.

Corrie Writers need a kick up the backside.

The 2nd was better, and writer's got it spot-on. can't wait for Wednesday.

I suspect that if you are pregnant with what you think are your husband's first children, you might feel quite aggrieved to find out he has three of four elsewhere that he has failed to mention. She did say "it's the lying" that was upsetting her - especially as he was continuing to lie right up to the last moment. He is such an idiot - but that is all very much in character.

I wasn't sure about this storyline but it is being done very well and Shobna is excellent. Shame about Jimmi, but what he lacks in acting ability he makes up for in entertainment value

I just can't get that interested in Jamie though. I don't know why - but I don't think he is that good an actor, he has a sort of odd vacant look on his face all the time, no matter what emotion he is trying to portray.

only caught the last bit of the 2nd episode on the later repeat. I had to turn the sound down though & put on subtitles because of all the shoutttttinnnnng!
I know it was late and my brain was a bit addled but:
Eileen was on the settee with a drunk Carol & Jamie was in a chair,
then some Dev/Sunita,
then Jason/Violet in the pub, Jason threw a hissy fit and left Violet with Sean & Eileen,
then Dev/Sunita,
and cut to Jamie sat outside the chippy.

Nice to see more of Eileen, but she seemed to be everywhere

OH NO! She's one of my favs and is doing a brilliant job with this storyline. I also like Jaime and Joanna. I'm glad he apologized to her.

Hasn't Helen Flanagan been playing Rosie for around 6 years now though?

The one who has the most swappable head at the moment is Amy, who seems to be a different child every time we see her. Steve and Tracy never notice (though you wouldn't really expect Tracy to).
