How old are these guys? Isnt Connor like in his late 20s and Serena like 15? What the hec is going on here?!

I think Connor is early 20's, Serena is 16 or 17 I reckon. The age difference is something they are dealing with in the plotline.

How did Conor get residency in Oz? I've read the requirements and I don't meet them as a university educated professional, so how does an Irishman with no obvious key skill or money to invest? Remember he couldn't even read at one point and Michelle Scully helped him. Bring back Michelle! She was real annoying when she first came in the show, but she grew into a very pretty young woman.

Maybe Australia is short of skilled bar staff so need irishmen to work in them? Actually though, having spent time in Australia it does seem that without backpackers a lot of the pubs in the big cities would struggle to get the staff.

It was something to do with a recipe for a beer that he bought with him from Ireland & it was benificial for Australia..
