whats a fm broadcaster? if your talking about the radio then just pluf in your handsfree kit and your sorted.

Got mines today its amazing i love this phone definately the most featured packed phone thus far, still getting use to it though, FM is on the phone already and the reception is ok the earphones are quality and real bassy
