Can anyone clear this up for me? It's been doing my head in I've obviously missed something....

As far as I am aware, Nana Moon lost her husband in the War while pregnant with their first child, I dont remember any reference to any others... She said in the Normandy special that he was the only man for her, and she was meant to be in love with him forever, so I guess there was noone else.... That child she had was Alfie and Spencer's dad... right? So if he was an only child, where did the cousins come from (Maxwell, Jake and Danny). As they are all Moons, they cant be related through Alfie's mother... I've probably missed something, so can anyone help??

Maybe Nana had sisters or brothers, and they had kids, who had kids, I know technically they wouldn't be first cousins but 'they're farrrrmily' so they just call them cousins. That's my wild theory but well done for pointing that out, I would have never noticed.

Jake and Danny always refer to her as Nana.

Yeah I just did the same - they are related but second cousins by the looks of things!

On BBC EE site is lists them as being Nana Moons great nephews... so I guess second cousins it is... thanks for that, guys, feel better for knowing

I think everyone callse her Nana, don't they? I can't recall any of the regulars calling her anything else, not Victoria and not Mrs Moon.
Though, now as i say it, disn't she have a fraudulent boyfriend at one stage who called her Victoria?

Yeah that boyfriend called her Victoria, but to be fair, i don't think she'd ever have a boyfriend to call her Nana. :P

As for the cousins, they're most likely just second cousins, but they were probably a close family when they were young that they just got used to calling themselves cousins.

This was bugging me last week & went looking for an answer,they are the kids of Nana's husbands brother.

Regardless of what happens to Chrissie. Does Jake stay on or has he been axed....again?

I doubt they'll keep him for much longer, when Nana and Alfie are gone he doesn't really have anything keeping him there and the only reason he was brought back was for the Chrissie storyline. Will Danny be coming back for the funeral?
