At least he's got a job where he can sing though, which is better than working in Maccy d's...

It was a travesty that Louis didn't pick him for the live shows. He should have been on it for definite. That sort of decision is so shallow, just because he didn't look like a pop star. I hope he tries again next year.

In fact that's why i'm anti Louis this year, because he's put out a few good singers in favour of people who look better than they sing.

I shouted at the TV when he put out Daniel (?) with the funny arm because he had a fantastic voice too.

Louis is an idiot

I totally agree, lisarocket. Trevor, Daniel and even little James would have been better than Phillip. Now there WAS a case of putting someone in for the Irish audience.

Now i completely agreed with Louis not putting Trevor and James through. I felt they were far too young to deal with it and would have been far too easily used and manipulated. And in James' case, images of Michael Jackson kept coming into my mind.

I think Daniel should have gone through though.

I don't totally disagree with you. I thought Popstars had the right minimum age at 18 but there's no point opening a competition to 16 year olds and then using their age as an excuse for not putting them through. It's just as bad as calling a category "25 & Over" and then being surprised when 80 year olds audition.

Couldn't agree with you more. Louis went for looks above talent and is an absolute idiot.
