Haha!!! How hilarious was that? And Patsy cracking up in the studio!! I soooo wish I was there yesterday! I can't wait!! Looks a lot more fun and a group V Waltz!

Was Brendan dancing with Karen cos Bill couldn't be there? He looked damn sexy at the end....

I'm thoroughly looking forward to the group salsa! They looked like they were all having heaps of fun messing about together. So funny, Anton calling Darren "the campest man in the world" - that really made me giggle. I bet that little teacher dude wished he'd never agreed to do the class - all the professionals messing about because they don't think of salsa as very serious (IMO) and all the celebs messing around because the professionals are. He seemed like he was getting very annoyed with them all, which only made them behave more badly. I loved it!

Funniest bit - when that woman demonstrating suddenly went into that move that made her look like she was having a fit. I laughed very hard.

I think the pros were being worse than the celebs!!! They were all winding each other up really!! It was so funny!!

I’m so annoyed I missed it but it should be put on the BBC website tomorrow *fingers crossed*

We know they all have to take the training very seriously for their dances, but it was fabulous to see them all having such fun. I wish I was there too!

I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished article on Saturday and see whether they get through it without giggling!

It's either going to be fabulous or a complete disaster!!! I hope we get to see more clips of the "training" as well!!!!

Oh my!!! That was sooooo funny. My best bits were:

1)When that sweet twee little teacher stood next to Zoe to try and show her some move or other and didn't come up to her shoulder. He's wonderful and such patience!

And that demo dancer who stood there statue still and all of a sudden started shaking and shuddering as if she'd had a severe electric shock!

PRICELESS! If they bring a DVD out, of just the salsa class, it will top the Xmas charts.

I loved the part where James said the teacher was like a "little Gordon Ramsey" and then said "yes chef" when he told them to do something!

If Bill is still sick on saturday would that mean Brendan would replace him for this show dance then.
I mean like it's not like i'm hoping Bill to be sick or anything but maybe it's best if he stays in bed until he is fully recovered, like until after saturday

ooo yay! i haven't seen that yet cos as u can see i'm writtuing this very late n my mother has the tv at the mo but i'm off tomorrow so i can catch up on both monday and tuesday's ITT yay! i'll look forward to the giggles lol

The 'demo dancer' is the 'little chefs' dance partner, and they are salsa champions and were at the show on Saturday. Will check out their names tomorrow!!

It looked like so much fun, did you see Karen almost crying with laughter on the sofa. I bet you it'll turn out fabulous on Saturday!

Hysterically funny, I'd have quite happily watched a full half hour of clips from it, I thought Patsy was going to have a seizure she was laughing to much. Really looking forward to this on Saturday

Although everyone has already covered the main points of hilariousity from the salsa practise, I thought I'd just chime in and agree that it was brilliant.

As Cat123 said, I hope they show us more of that training

I liked it when they were practising for the group Viennese Waltz last season, when Brendan and Anton were trying to overtake each other, but this group practise was even better!

What cracked me up, even more than the hilarity of the training clip, was the way that Patsy, Anton, Karen & James, just sat there, having their own conversation, laughing their heads off & completely ignoring Claudia's attempts to fit in the last little points & questions that had been planned by the program makers.

Most reality TV tends to be instantly forgettable but that was absolutely priceless.

and Salsa expert Chris Marquess will be revealing the truth about our misbehaving couples...
