Yes but my point is that the rights and welfare of children is more important. If I'd been brought up by two gay men or even two lesbians, I'd have felt very uncomfortable even though I am bi myself.

I may settle down with guy or with a woman at some point in the future. If I end up falling in love with a woman of course we might choose to have kids, but if it's with a guy I definitely wouldn't want to adopt. It's just my personal opinion.

Opinions are there to be respected, but your original post did come across quite strongly. I think only the children who have been adopted by same sex couple can tell us how they felt about it and if it made their life tougher in the long run.

Anyway, I don't believe that this would be a major story and I doubt they'll go through with it.
