So last Week Eastenders was top now Corrie and judging by recent figures next Week will be Eastenders on top again.

Really tops turvy at the moment with the big two.

The other day someone said that Eastenders was beating Coronation Street all the time now but corrie still has figures as high as 12 million so they are clearly still on top. During the summer I noticed a decline in quality yet it has still done well on viewing figures and the quality is certainly improving again so it looks like it will go from strength to strength.

All this week EE has beaten Corrie by nearly two million a piece. Maybe that was what they said? I think this was the wedding.

Yeah both of them are fighting it out but for some reason EE has had a much better week than Corrie this week with alot more viewers.

Once AGAIN EastEenders is the No1 BBC soap.

and once again corrie is the top itv soap



it is like a jo jo at the mo and it leads us up to Christmas nicely either one could be top but i think people are turning off corrie because of dev

You missed off the Friday episode of Corrie

And for all those cynics who ripped Les & Cilla's wedding episodes, let me just clarify that the two top episodes of the week just so happened to the the wedding.

So people still tuned in and didn't switch over

I liked the episodes ...

The wedding episodes had a big hype so unsurprsingly they would have a a lead

Coronation Street has been struggling so I'm surprised the wedding did so well. I don't think it will reconver by the end of this year anyway, I just hope that Steve Frost has some tricks up his sleeve for 2006.

Great to see Corrie is the nations fave soap!

If all Dev's kids and their mothers stopped watching it could well make a difference.

I agree with that.

The hype that it got was so not deserved since it was so over the top and not at all funny.

Let's wait until we see last weeks figures. An average week with nothing big happening.
