If the rumoursare true and Dennis is indeed being killed off, I hope this has a profound effect on Sharon. During her 'break' I hope she goes away to get over her loss and returns to Walford as a complete and utter bitch who has had enough of the world ruining her life. I think she should come back as hard as nails with a heart of ice who cares for no one and woe betide anyone who crosses her path.

I've had enough of her weeping and whinging and was so happy when she eventually saw Chrissie for what she was and smacked her in the mouth. Tough Sharon rocks and would give some good scope for her and some rivals to really get their hackles up. It's just a shame she never had a proper confrontation with Kat. I would have loved to have seen those two in a (excuse the pun) cat fight.

Sharon needs to come back refreshed and a Queen bitch, take control of the Vic again and war with Peggy once more.

I'm not much of an EE fan these days but for what it's worth I agree. One of the things that put me off was all the simpering and bellyaching from Sharon. When she threatened Zoe was a high point, but I would love to see Sharon return and a soap bitch.

I;m sick of sharon always being the victim and all the shannis stuff, I would like her to be more like she was when she first returned in 2001 I think when she got the Vic back from Peggy. As much as I think soap bitches are fabulous im not sure if I'd want sharon to have a personality transplant though, EE do that too much already.

Sharon's great when she's being bitchy it would be good for her to be like that all the time instead of simpering and whining like she tends to do sometimes. Having said that I like the character anyway so I don't really mind

In my opinion I thought it was pretty harsh that she didnt sell the vic to Ian who she had known since childhood, instead she sold it to a family who had caused her nothing but misery

It would be good if she turned out like that. It would be a lot more interesting too! I'm also sick of her constant moaning etc.

If you look at what EastEnders has thrown at the character, having parents like Den and Angie, Married to a violent bully, having an affair with said bullies brother only to tell him she can't have children because she aborted bully boys baby, then he turns around and become violent bully mark two. Having one love of her life burned to death in fire, having Dad split her up with next love of life. Realising what a horrible pice of work her dad really is? Finding out step mother, whom she thought she trusted, killed her dad, and if rumours are true having new love of life murdered.

I think if you had all these events happen in your life you might become a little bitter and twisted.

Sharon can pull off mean, and with the exception of Pauline and Pat, owes nothing to anyone. She should come back hell bent on the world and not care who stands in her way to get what she wants.

On that note, I can see Ruby becoming the new Sharon Watts so maybe they'll make her a bit tougher and twisted.

What would Naomi's reasons for becoming a bitch? Being attracted to Sonia and trying to split them up? (And I've heard that she may succeed!)

But at least she would have a reason for a character change - as the other poster said she has been through so much and it would not supprise me if she turned all bitter and cold to ensure that she did not get hurt again.
