Well obviously his taste is not in material things, but in the personality of that person.
Corrie is moving along quite nicely, thank you all. Every episode does'nt have to be explosive for it to be enjoyable.
Loved the scene with Sophie and her dad draging her from the car, and I think Frankie has a heart of gold.

Yes I know what you mean, it did seem rather sudden. One minute she's getting fish out of a pond with harmless little Scooter, the next minute she's turned into a sex crazed vamp.
I don't have any problem with children going upstairs to play their tapes (Tracy did this for a long time
) so their parents can get on with storylines, but in Sarah's case there was a whole big deal about her being a teen single mum, and they haven't really dealt with that aspect of her character very well. I know there has been a bit of bickering in the past from Gail about Sarah not taking responsibility - but nothing really came of that. I would like to see a storyline where Sarah had to be a proper mum (say, Bethany being bullied at school - although Bethany would firstly need a head transplant as the little girl can't act). But instead they have to put us through both Sarah and Gail snogging the face off their victims, euccch.

Ashley and Claire are perfect for each other. They're much more realistic than Ashley and Maxine. What the writers were thinking of pairing the oddest couple ever in Corrie off, God knows! They obviously ran out of men for Maxine to bed, seeing as she was the street bike. What she would see in squeaky little Ashley is as unbelievable as what sweet little Ashley would see in a tart like Maxine.
It was unbelievable from start to finish, and even the writers seemed to realise that in the end, which is why they at least stuck to form and had Maxine have some other blokes kid! That's what she WOULD do, bed someone else!

Yes, a storyline like that would be really good. I agree about the girls who play Bethany, although they must only be about 5 years old and I don't think there are many 5 year old actresses out there. They don't really say much in their role as Bethany either.
I agree that they haven't really done the whole teen mum thing justice. I enjoyed the whole teen pregnancy storyline and thought it was done well, but I felt that they didn't really carry on with it after Bethany was born, and so, in hindsight, it seemed to be a sensationalist storyline to get ratings. In my opinion anyway.
Sarah spends such little time with Bethany that I'm sure she must think Gail is her mother!

During an ep last week when Sarah was flirting with Jason my BF was all - O they must really like each other or something because they are really convincing - He did not know that they were seeing each other in real like. I think that the problem is that too many people on here dont like Sarah and no matter what story she is given she is going to be ripped apart - Remember that it is not real and Bruno just left the show
