We're fed up with "we hate Jonny" threads
When will it stop.? It is understandable that we all have our favourite on the show. Some day's my favourite does or say's something, and I think Oh, no why did they say or do that.
The thought, of one of my favourite people getting close to some one I don't like is making me feel faint. That aside, some people are taking the I hate (Jonny campaign) to far now. the rest of the house mate's,have not stumbled into the house by accident. They are there to win, they also work the camera's. It has been constant, about Jonny, they think they will be able to change people's opinion, ( they might be lucky with some floating voter's.) But all in all. I think by now we have all made our mind's up. we also see what is going on So give Us A break. Move on. |

I like reading the Jonny bashing threads, most of them are at least well argued, with the obligatory "STFU, you are sad" comments from Jonny fans. Anyway, who's "we" and "us", you wouldn't be a much bemoaned member of "me familee" perchance?

Where are the "we hate Jonny" threads ?

Personally can't see wot is so irritating about Jonny, he has been the instigator of many of the drinking games recently, which provides alot of the entertainment in the show.
Think Tim is a bit staid in that he keeps moaning that Jonny is a 29 year old who should act his age. Why shud he? He has 2 months off work and hasn't got to worry about all the mundane things in life for a while, eg bills, getting stuck in traffic etc etc. It is a unique opportunity to be a big kid for a bit and do wot he wants. And as for this playing up to the cameras lark, Jonny is obviously in the BB house to win 70k, as all the HM's are. Tim is unlikely to win as he isn't providing much entertainment in the house, and clearly isn't enjoying his experience in the house. |

[/b][/quote] My problem is that he isn't consistant and doesn't seem to enjoy the whole experience. While on the poor side he had a long face almost 24/7 and was always going on about what people think of him and analysing the game. I agree with you that they should all be enjoying not having a "care" in the world for a few weeks but he isn't enjoying himself. I may not like the other HMs much either but at least they play the game and don't make us suffer with them. They manage to have fun and make the most of it. Jonny just feels sorry for himself most of the time and as far as I am concerned is definatly not enjoying himself unless he has a drink in him, it is the only time I see him smile. Why did he enter in the first place? By the way, I am quite surprised to hear that he gave up being a fireman to come into the house. I have the utmost respect for firemen so don't get me wrong but everyone is talking about his noble profession but he quit to come on tellie! What is all that about? |

I certainly don't hate Jonny or any of the HM's but I don't see why we can't post opinions that are critical.
I liked Jonny at the start and was very concerned for his health when he was on the poor side. To me, he seemed very depressed and I thought BB should have brought in Brett sooner to talk to him. However, his behaviour in the past week has made me change my opinion of him. I have seen an unpleasant side to him and it has surprised me. Jonny and PJ aren't my favourite people in the house now, but only because I don't like PJ's attitude to women, his laziness and his constant scratching. I find Jonny's toilet humour annoying and his 'BB' voice boring. Also I was a bit disturbed at how rough Jonny and also PJ can be in play. I didn't like his attitude to Jade in the 'stripping ' game when he kept insisting that clothes had to be thrown into the middle. PJ and Tim were just as bad. I really thought the water fight with the hoses went on too long and got too rough and that Jonny in particular didn't listen when Jade and Kate were shouting 'stop'. I also didn't like the way he cheated in the hide & seek game when PJ was floundering around blindfolded at the top of the stairs. In both cases, I thought he went beyond the boundaries of fair and safe play. Being drunk is no excuse. When someone says 'No, stop' then you should stop. Alex may be irritating at times, but at least he stepped in and took care of Kate. I think this is reasonable criticism, and not a personal attack. I'm willing to believe that Jonny and all the HM's are very nice people in real life and that we are seeing the worst sides of them because of the stress of living in the house. I'm one of the few people who actually likes Tim, but I have no problem in other people expressing their extreme dislike of his attitudes and beliefs as I can see they have a valid point. I can believe that Jonny has a very decent and caring side to him but I don't like the way he's behaving this week, especially after a few drinks. He seems to think it's fun to see people humiliate themselves. I find Kate far funnier than Jonny in every respect. |

I really like Jonny...I dont understand why he annoys some of you...He's just very human, compassionate and funny. I'm not sure if he will win (I'd like to see Kate win personally) But I think he's just as enter taynin as PJ & Alex...Anyway aren't the anti Jonny threads all launched by the same person?
I don't bother reading them anyway! |

He seems to think that all things in the house revolve around him aand can't fathom the fact that someone would not like him.I really like Jonny...I dont understand why he annoys some of you...He's just very human, compassionate and funny. we need even more anti jonny threads
there simply arent enough of 'em. in fact we need more anti-everyone threads.
rather than hating any one or other HM, whilst at the same time also harbouring a favourite, I firmly believe that THEY ARE ALL MUPPETS AND THEY LIVE IN MUPPETCENTRAL. counts without the o, as someone else pointed out. theyre all the same sad superficial breed of jobbing extra wannabes, who desperately need to be be famous to feel validated for some unkown reason. where does this compulsion come from? still, keeps us all amused for the duration. keeps us happily brainwashed bunnies making wads of cash for endemol, channel 4 and associated sponsors, oblivious to the real issues & problems of the day... anyone know where i apply for BB4?

To all those forum members fed up with the anti-Johnny threads could you please give us some reasons why we should like Johnny as we are genuinely puzzled as to why anyone should want him to win.
