Only if he's an spicy-custard eating one *puts on stern face* in which case... I may allow him to sit in the ambulance

Not that I'm into elephant discrimination or anything (see Anton thread for clarification)...

*happy decides perhaps she needs to have a lie-down and cool it on the elephant rambling*

He's over there beside the little otter.

Bit parky this morning isn't it. Hope you all slept well in your sleeping bags.

I won't be able to get there until late tomorrow (work commitments) , but I'll be there by the time the dancers are all inside and we'll have them surrounded (actually, the amount I've been eating lately I can probably surround the building on my own ).

Tea's white one sugar for me, and for a bit of decedance I'll bring along the milk chocolate digestives

That's wonderful AK.

(hands over cuppa)

I think that tomorrow night, as they are doing the voting, we should all stand arm in arm around the building singing 'We shall overcome'.

Nope, I can't see him. I can see a news presenter with a really infected foot, though.

Oops! Wasn't supposed to talk about that...

Morning all, gosh that was a bit cold last night, lets get that fire stoked up - and we can make toast for brekkie.

Now, who's got a laptop, cos we need to vote on the FP favourites thread - can't let Colin's fans overtake us - come on, where are all James' fans this morning

Can't help on the laptop.

The custard eating elephant sat on mine.

Blimey..not many of us this morning are there! Fair weather picketers that's what some of you are...I've been freezing my bits of here all night, my frostbitten hands are stuck to the stick on my placard, and I just saw Anton getting out of his car for rehearsals at the Beeb and my lips were so cold, I couldn't even get a word out to him. I just stared at him rigidly.

He's never going to marry me now.

Have a Winter Pimms to warm up your lips. Then tell him he needs to come over and warm you up. We're doing this for them. Don't they realise that?

Oy oy... Oive bin 'ere all night I 'av (adopts Audrey Hepburn cockernee accent)...

... admittedly I was sleeping in the ambulance, but Tiny Tim (our Christmas-themed-named Indian elephant) was lonely and doesn't like sleeping alone. I think it's the vague aroma of spicy custard that I give off after working on the custard-stirring in Anton's thread, that he finds comforting.

Aaaanyhoo - I still haven't seen Brendan arrive; these ejected professionals are jus t so slack.

And Boho, I saw what happened with Anton - "stared at him rigidly" eh... was more of a come-to-bed look from an uttainable ice-queen kinda vibe I thought - men lurrrrve that. They do. Honest. He'll be back.

Kimi - the poll thread has been declared an official DRAW so we can all stop blaming Tiny for his unfortunate accident. And we can stop ignoring him - the otter already left because he was upset by the lack of attention - shame on you all!

Anyone want to come and play with siren for a bit?

Come to bed eyes? Me?

My face was so frozen, I couldn't even feel it, and I was drooling on one side of my mouth and it had frozen and formed a little icicle.

Anton turned on his heel and ran into the building.

Hehehe - i've studied Psychiatry and am self-medicating

Actually, that might explain rather a lot of things.

Anyway, the men in white coats have been persuaded to stay after we showed them pictures of the professional ladies, and Zoe and Patsy, in samba outfits. They didn't need much persuading mind. Filthy minds *tuts and shakes head* You'd never catch me objectifying a member of the opposit sex like that...

*yells over* Oy Anton... haul that sexy purple spandex-coated butt over here, I've the female version of Mr Frosty to introduce you to - she has free slushies

Never fear, Allybee's here...with her portable telly! It's pretty small, but if we all gather round I'm sure we'll manage.

Extra custard for allybee - you treasure!

I'm actually going to picket now - where's that placard with "Nobody should leave the contest we love them all too much" on it?

Anyone with some good chants? (Apart from "the more elephamt rambling the better")...

WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE WAKE ME. I'VE SLEPT RIGHT THROUGH THE DAY

Shall I go on watch tonight then? Never know if we'll be under attack.

Oops.... sorry about that, but my two labradors had to come because they howl when I leave them, and it's a natural smell after all isn't it? Well no, actually I forgot the poopascoopa but I've brought a shovel.

And just look what elephant did... We'll be alright for rhubarb next year

Suggest we sing 'We shall not be moved' when the judges arrive?

Well done Ally....hope you can get the aerial adjusted on it.

Thanks Tasi for turning up. I am worn out and am just going to get my head down for a minute or two on that warm looking pile of coats over there.

Keep chanting..but can you chant softly as I just need forty winks.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Maybe we'd be best to all try and save our energy for tomorrow- we're gonna need it, cause I reckon that someone's going to be pretty insistant on leaving (the thought's depressing me already; I don't think SCD is doing good things for my mind...)

Maybe we should try bribery...what kind of biscuits d'you reckon we should offer them?

*whispers* Hobnobs.

And if they manage to resist that offer, I'd really like to see them try to get past our Tiny - yeah!

You know I might have some milk and a Hobnob now and have a catnap too - just till ITT is on and I can get my fashion pencil and paper and crowd round Allybee's tv ready for the Friday panel
