Is everyone sad she's gone? Was she liked?

Putting a side whether you liked or disliked her I think you have to admit she's after getting an awfully sad exit. In some ways its almost un-neighbours like, a happy couple finally get wed only to find out one of them is mentally ill. Sure characters die all the time in Neighbours after getting wed etc etc but I think there was something extra sad about this.

In some ways her exit seems to have been played down, she hasn't left in true Neighbours style either dramatically or being waved off by everyone. It seems as if the character is almost hated by TPTB a sudden change in personality, she never really got any air time in th opening credits. Did something happen there?

I like her but this storyline really has been just stupid. Sindi's not believable as a nutter, I don't know why they're getting rid of her.

Althought Sinidi was quite popular with fans, apparently she wasn't that well liked by the public at large in Oz, plus the guy playing Stu is due to leave over the next few months.

I guess TPTB felt it's time to let her go. I gather she may be back for guest stints though.

in the family fortunes sound...... eeeeehhhhh uuuuhhhhhhhh, her over reacted crying, tantrums, whaling just wasn't good. I am glad to see the back of her but her last scenes where sad!! Are they getting rid of the Bishops because of there unpopularity or another reason???

As for Sindi - I really like her - she's a good comic character. It's a shame tptb have changed her character just to suit an exit storyline.

Personally I always prefered Sindi over Dee.

I've never liked Sindi. I have always found her "kookiness" highly irritating.

By the way, excuse my ignorance but what does "TPTB" mean?

Anyway, Sindi seems to have undergone a complete character change from when she first arrived. Not just the mental side but just her general character.
