Will Emmerdale be screapped on a sunday? GMTV'S TV critic Richard said that Emmerdale have stopped filming now on Saturdays and it is only weekdays - this must mean a episode is scrapped.

I enjoy my Sunday fix of Emmerdale, though.

He still mentioned that they are doing 6 episodes though.

did he? I didn't hear him - but if they are scrapping a days work, they will have to work for ever on a weekday - i think in Six weeks time a episode might be dropped (Occasionaly)

On another thread I think, ITV are apparantly changing their schedules in 2006 so maybe this all ties in together.

It might be, I read so many I can't keep up, sorry there maybe something on the TV forum, but don't take my word for it. I know they've talked about it on The Bill thread.

Peple didn't want to believe this because there was a thread last year saying that Corrie was moving to 8.30pm.. So Emmerdale story was a lie (At least we think)

Sadly I don't think this is true. What IS apparently true is they now have 3 film crews working together, meaning they can basically film 3 scenes at the same time. Which is especially useful for location shoots and such...

I really hope the 6th episode goes though, it's way too much

Yes it is especially with this Steph storyline being dragged out again.

I think it's so that they can catch up for when they break for Christmas.
