Claiming back Subsidised charges from Dialaphone

Hi

My wife as a V975 on the 3 network , it is a subsidised line rental , the first 3 months via a reduced monthly charge direct from 3 and the then on the 6th (£75.03),9th (£75.03 ), and 12th (£25.01) month you can claim back.

The question is what is classed as these months

We started the contract on the 6th April and later recieved a bill dated the 7th April is this classed as the first month ?

The redemption voucher states " To claim your £75.03 cashback please send this voucher together with the Sixth Month Bill

April 7th Bill = Month1
May 7th Bill = Month 2
June 7th Bill = Month 3
July 7th Bill = Month 4
August 7th Bill = Month 5
Sept 7th Bill = Month 6 ( redemption due )
October 7th Bill = Month 7
November 7th Bill = Month 8
December 7th Bill = Month 9 ( redemption due )
Jan 7th Bill = Month 10
Feb 7th Bill = Month 11
March 7th Bill = Month 12 ( redemption Due )

The reason I ask is I sent Bill 6 dated the Sept 7th and they returned it saying it wasn't due yet try again next month which I did and got a refund

Anyone confirm how they actually count the months or was it a cock up on their part ?

Looks quite simple to me but I may be wrong.

You're billed in ADVANCE for line rental but ARREARS for call charges, so on the 7th month bill will be all your call charges for calls made in the 6th month. I don't think they're after line charges in this bill, they want you to be paying your call charges promptly to claim your money back.

Hi

Are you agreeing that the 6th month bill is the Sept 7th bill (which they rejected )

There are effectively no call charges on bills as its an inclusive tariff witch is never totally used up so all the bills are £30 for full line rental

The 6th month bill would be the October one.

The first ever bill is normally just one for line rental in advance.
If you have inclusive minutes, there are some people that don't have the same tariff so it's just a system they use on everybody regardless of their tariff (i.e. wether there's free minutes or not).

I wasn't sure so I called them on 333, the lady was very polite and told me the date of the bill I would need to send.

I sent it off, I got a text 2 days later saying it had been received and had a letter 2 weeks later saying the money had been paid directly into my bank.

Done.
