Is anyone else having problems with their interactive service? Can still get E4 but have had no Interactive service for a couple of days now - have i missed an announcement? Any advice would be most welcome - thanks

Standard reply: Pull out your digibox's power plug and stick it back in again - that usually sorts out any problems!

In terms of the interactive you get when pressing the red button, I havent been able to access it for weeks now - the screen just freezes when I try.

Even in the early days when I did have it, it didnt have any of the games and other features promised by the ads with Avid Merrion, just a scrolling news thing and voting.

Unfortunately unplugging the box does un-freeze (defrost?) the screen but doesnt get it working the next time.

Not too bothered - as I mentioned I never had all the games and other stuff anyway so am not missing out on much!!!
