I bought one of the SPL pay-per-view matches available via TopUpTV and set the box to record this while I watched it. When I went to view the recording later I noticed the following strange behaviour:
When I view the recording by using the button hidden under the flap that lists recordings, the recording played (albeit with some sound problems for the first 10 seconds or so - in fact the sound problems occur each time the recording is started again from being paused).
When I try to view the same recording using Menu/Record/etc. the recording doesn't play and I get an on-screen message stating it was scrambled/encrypted (or something similar - can't remember exact message just now)
This happens every time. Surely both options should just play the recording?
