In past series of Strictly Come Dancing we've been treated to some superb song and dance routines by Bruce Forsyth. It's already Week 6 and he hasn't been given a chance yet. Why not?

Maybe later in the series - the less dancers in the competition, the more time there is for things like that.

Don't forget last year he dueted with that grinning American moron singer (saving an otherwise dire performance). I feel intense bitterness toward said grinning American moron (and no, moron is not a typo), as he was the reason I didn't get into the studio. Don't get me started (and no offence is intended to any of those poor souls who think he's great). Grrr!

Big fan of BF as I am, I suspect his best dancing days are long gone and whlie he odd twirl and demo is spot on, maybe an entire routine as well as holding the show together is just a little bit too much for the master these days....

Because the producers have realised that the great viewing public don't want to see (or hear) any more of Brucie than we have to already?

Bruce is great at presenting the show and dealing with the competitors.
However he has two faults.

1. He thinks he's a ballroom dancer, and he isn't. He's a song and dance man and a tapdancer. He's so embarrassing when his ego thinks he can demonstrate ballroom dancing techniques in a room full of people 10 times better than he ever could be.

2. His awful rehearsed jokes(?) as he waits for the couple to get to Tess.

Get a better script writer for the unfunny jokes, and stop trying to claim you're a professional ballroom dancer when you're not, and everything will be fine.
