o2 active
how do i stop this from trying to download onto my phone, i did start to download it and it comes in 3 parts it downloaded the first part but when it tries to download the second part it fails. I have tried several times to download it ,still fails on part 2.I did try to delete it from manager the part that dowloaded, but it keeps coming up with close all connections I did try to reset my phone but it comes up with / end all calls and connections first\ .. can anyone help as its very annoying

your post isnt very clear. what is being downloaded to your phone, o2 active is o2's name fpr their own content just like vodaphone live etc. so you cant technically download o2 active.

thanks ianoel230982, i have sorted it now. basically what i meant is you can download from o2 a menu system to access the web from, and it seems to download in 3 parts, i got the first part okay but the second part kept failing but keeps trying to download and failing and i could not get rid of it,...thanks
