Ive been wondering this for a while. Ive never liked them and felt they shouldn't have gone through to the finals and this was before last weeks shenanigans. They are whiney and off key and usually masacre everything the sing.
I also think they are rude and ungracious, I think its pretty clear that the other contestants are none to keen on them.

I can't see a market for them as artists really as I think the only people who'd enjoy their style would be older granny types who like Daniel O'Donnel and Foster and Allen.

no i dont like them but i would love to hear them sing "bohemiam rhapsidy"
They keep going on about how amazing they are singing that! Im sure they'd be crap but it'd be hilarious seeing them attempt that song!

I thought they were going to be really good and was looking forward to their performances
I have neutral feelings towards them now, very disappointed

I like them, but I hope they go soon as I think some people take their "hatred" of them too far.

yeah i agree. I doubt the acts would have been upset if they went whereas they were distraught at seeing nicholas go!

I remember reading in either Now or New magazine that all the contestants get on well but the Conways share a room with each other and don't really mix.

no they are just plain lucky at the moment nobody can be in the bottom 2 for like 4-5 weeks in a row but put it this way,

they are the underdogs pure and simple and they have wiped out 6 people who in my mind are much better then them

if it was not upto the judges and soley on the publics vote they would have been sent home at least a month ago....

what was that the other night on access all areas where Ben said it was a shame they were not london based so they couldn't open the christmas lights with others in London. I thought they were all in the same house. Maybe i missed something but I though all of them stayed in one big house together.

Besides i think the real reason they didn't go to open the lights is that people wouldn't have given them a great reception.

Yes. I do very much.

They got through the auditions on merit. They got to the live performances on merit and every week since they have given 110% performances full of passion. (apart from the ridiculous SOS)
They may float in and out of tune in most songs, but they consistantly give it everything.
Will they win? Not a cat in hell's chance. They have however been pilloried in the most contemptable way recently. They have done absolutely noting to deserve this, unless following a dream is a crime.

I'm confident they will fade from sight in the next few weeks but please, until that happens, give the girls a break!

Im sure the girls are in the house with the others. It was mentioned in the magazine article how they shared a room together.

Plus it would be silly for them to fly back and forth between Ireland and London every few days.

It was claimed only people living in London could turn on the Christmas lights, which was why CS and JS couldnt participate.Sounds like rubbish to me.Does anyone know if such a rule actually exists?

i think the rule is true.
Shayne turned the lights in Manchester a few weeks ago
and journey south turned the lights on in Middelsbourgh today.
chenai turned the lights on in bradford.

I think Conways are the only ones that havent but they may go back to ireland to do it i dunno...

That is true, they are in the same house but it was people who were from London who got to do it... the others have done their home towns.. I am sure Sligo is waiting for them to do the honors on their booting out next week.

As for not having a go at them... when girls stand looking as smug as cats and Maria is looking at the floor I am afraid you cannot expect people to like them much.. they knew Louis was going to put them through.. what they did not know was that Sharon would get tit for tat and boot our Nicholas and keep them.. that they looked shocked at.. but hey who cares.

We may end up with the Conways and Chico as the finalists now wouldn't that be hilairious!
