THE ultimate summer anthem HAS to be Summertime (1991). The vibe of the song makes it feel like summer.

Other songs I'd pick would include

"Music Sounds Better With You" Stardust (1998)
"Coco Jambo" Mr President (1997)

If you want trashy summer songs then look no further than "Mysterious Girl" by Peter Andre (1996). Great summer vibe to it though. Oh, and the Macarena was relaed that summer too!

ELO -Mr Blue Sky
Glass Tiger - Dont Forget Me When I'm Gone
The Chills -Heavenly Pop Hit
Nelson- After The Rain
Mercury Rev -Goddess On A HiWay
Golden Smog -Until You Came Along
Counting Crows- Omaha
