It's Sunday evening, Notting Hill is on the telly and the love is seeping through the board

I prefer brandy in hot chocolate, but amaretto is wonderful in coffee with whipped cream on the top.

I watched a little bit of Notting Hill last night - we went to see it at the cinema the day before my daughter was due so it has very warm and fuzzy memories for me. She did eventually arrive 13 days later and is called Anna - she was always going to be but the the Julia Roberts character being called Anna seemed to be like a good omen at the time

I have a really hard day at work coming up so it's nice to come in here and get some Fairy Dust.

Has Bohochick been seen since yesterday, by the way? I hope she's ok. I miss her posts because she's always so funny.

I also wish they could all just stay and dance together forever, I don't hate any of the celebs left, although of course I have my favourites & the arguing over scores is also getting to me. But it's only a game & they are raising loads of money for charity, which many people seem to be forgetting about. Let's hope things improve next week!
I wish there was a way for them all to stay to the end. Say like their scores kept on building up on a leaderboard kind of thing, judges and viewers votes gettin added together like now, but so we could see how many points the viewers had given as well. Then there would be everyone at the final and that would be so exciting! I bet if they had done it like that the leaderboard would be so tight right now!
I have my faves but I dont hate any of them just think some of them are not really making great dancers. i am addicted to the show and to Claudia's show like a drug.

That's a pretty good idea, but I suppose it would spoil the televisual drama of people getting kicked off every week. I think the present format is what keeps a lot of viewers tuned in.

Though I do have my favourites, I take my hats off to them all, both the celebs and the pros work very hard every week. All of them would love to win it, why enter if your aim is not to win.

Aww Libby that's a lovely story Perfect for this thread - hmm not a brandy fan, but I agree with the amaretto, coffee and cream - winters are such a good excuse for drinking these

I agree Polish - we have to have an eviction each week to keep those ratingsup and people inteterested and voting to raise money.

it is painful seeing someone go though. We're all too soft I guess that's why we're in this thread

*gives Libby huge big kiss and a marshmellow*

I'm still feeling a bit ropey after my 'dodgy wine' incident on Saturday, so I've not been about.

*wanders off to Antons corner to make herself feel not so ropey*

Ah...see! It's Monday, and everyone seems happier again. *touches wood* It's the magic power of ITT, you see- that and the fairy dust generated by this lovely thread!

I'm so glad things have got better, but I might just give the forum a miss next weekend if it's going to sink to the level it did this weekend. It made me feel miserable, and I don't come here to be miserable...I come here to be fuzzy and happy with people who are as SCD-obsessed as I am (and some more so)!

Bohochick, you are a complete star!

I haven't read the thread yet.

Some eejit decided to ring me right at the beginning of ITT...

....morons but I agree with you.

How nice to have a "aren't they lovely" thread. I dont want anyone to go, I think this is the best series ever. There are no Slebs I dont like now. I just wish they could all dance every week and have an accumullated score at the finals to decide the winner.
