Another boring episode of Borrie  BRING BACK MAYA! I could cope with Dev & Sunita this time last year only because of her!

Just 12 characters into tonight's episode which meant that Mark Burt was able to concentrate on three storylines rather than having bits of filler in the episode.
Sally's "good cop" routine didn't last very long did it?? Quite liked Sawfie finding the list in Sally's handwriting then the "gurls" & Kevin trashing the front room. Not surprised that Sally hit the roof when she got back. Her & Kevin were quite sweet when he was talking about how they were a team & how she's the one that holds everything together. I feel quite sorry for Frankie ~ the poor woman doesn't know whether she's coming or going. On one hand she's got Danny trying to manipulate her so he can worm his way back into her affections & thereby the family home & on the other Carol's trying to manipulate her into keeping away from Danny, thereby ensuring that she gets her revenge on Danny (via Frankie) for him walking out on her all those years ago. I enjoyed the scene with Danny & Carol outside the bookies & also the one with Carol & Eileen. The least interesting of the three stories was the Sunita & Dev one. We all know that Sunita's leaving so I can't really work up much of an interest in this storyline. 7 out of 10. |

It just goes to show what peopel are really liek when they know they are an alocholic. And i think the woman who plays Carol is portraying her character in this storyline really well . Well done to that actress on a great storyline shes doing.

Tonight wasn't bad.
Carol, for me, is a really good addition, she's a good actress. I agree with an earlier poster on Bring Back maya...that would've been a better way to get rid of Sunita In fact they should've just saved time and bumped her off last year. Liked Sally's scenes as always First signs of Frankie/Jamie not so good however |

However I can understand her fears that her children may just be a novelty for Dev which could quickly wear off.

1. Tremulousness - "the shakes" 2. Activation syndrome - characterized by tremulousness, agitation, rapid heart beat and high blood pressure. 3. Seizures - acute grand mal seizures can occur in alcohol withdrawal in patients who have no history of seizure or any structural brain disease. 4. Hallucinations - usually visual or tactile in alcoholics 5. Delirium tremens - can be severe and often fatal. Unlike withdrawal from opioids such as heroin, which can be very unpleasant but never fatal, alcohol withdrawal can kill (by uncontrolled convulsions or delirium tremens) if it is not properly managed. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcohol_addiction |

I feel sorry for Dev in a twisted way i think it's because he thinks he hasn't done a lot wrong and he just can't understand why Sunita was angry with him.
i also thought what Kevin did to sally was awful, (even if she did deserve it for using him to make herself look good!) he shouldn't make a show of her infront of the children (and she shouldn't do it to him) How will the kids ever respect them! |
