Got a text message update during the ads saying that Davina announces to the HM's gathered on the sofa that PJ is coming out. He took it on the chin etc.
Slightly confusing since as far as I was aware we were on adverts. I didnt realise the programme we watch isnt live. Spanky

Are the housemates being paid? PJ mentioned paying off his debts, & I'm sure I heard jonny mention it in the past.
How much do they get? |

£30 per day that they're in there.
It doesn't sound a lot, bit it adds up, I guess |

Calm down
I think that there's absolutely nothing sinister or manipulative going on here.
As far as I know, many programs that are transmitted live, have something like a seven minute lag. This is usually to prevent the transmission of swearing. I think that it's been like this for about ten years. BB is a program that has a tendency to sometimes get emotional, so it just looks like they use the virtually live policy. I don't think there's nothing wrong here, I thought it was common practice. |

Obviously those in charge of the website/text message updates assumed we had seen the footage and posted the news! Whoops! Spanky

I never understand why the sky interactive feeds say 'Live' when its 10 mins behind all the time, yet then b4 the evictions it says '10 mins behind'.
why say its live the rest of the time, we know it isnt. |

Of course the programme was live - standard eviction messages will have been written for all the contestants and as soon as the result was confirmed internally the message will have been put up
don't read too much into it, it's not that big a deal really. certainly no conspiracy, you cynics you! Andrew |

How can they have a standard message when they dont know how the HMs will react?Of course the programme was live - standard eviction messages will have been written for all the contestants and as soon as the result was confirmed internally the message will have been put up don't read too much into it, it's not that big a deal really. certainly no conspiracy, you cynics you! Almost as self-deluded as Tim - if that ispossible. Did you see him sucking up to PJ and telling him how WONDERFUL he was - a LEGEND etc... like the little kid in the playground sucking up to the popular guy - nausiating. MGOM |

Why do the public hate me? What have I done wrong??" Did it not occur to him that the public just wanted Kate to stay in and that's why they cheered, as opposed to them hating him? Anyway, he's a great bloke not in the least for having the guts to give Jade the full verbial that she's been asking for since day 1! ~Tangy |
