OK.

Log in and select "View my bill" from the My O2 menu. Click "unbilled calls" then on the left select "Unbilled Summary". Here you are presented with the menu for your current bill. Click "Inclusive Allowance Details" this will show you how many calls/txts you have remaining. Clicking "Voice Calls" or "Text Messages" shows the list of texts or calls you have made.

Note: It takes 2 days for the system to add calls and texts.

I think the website is quite complicated and could do with a major overhaul to make it much more simple to use i.e. a whole billing section where you can select unbilled or previous bills and options visable on screen more easier.

Anyway, I'm glad to be of assistance.

Is it still possible to purchase texts from O2 website and send them from any pc connected to the internet. Am sure a while ago it was somehting like 100 for £4.00 at 4p per message it was pretty handy as a last resort. Cant get logged onto the O2 website to check if they still do that
