Its certainly not a gold number. In fact its not a very good number at all. It doesnt even appear to meet silver standards.

Just looks like a normal number to me.

A gold number would be something like. Basically a number that has a recurring pattern or has many numbers in a sequence.

07 801 801 801

or

07 77 77 77 777

etc
