Well Mel I guess you like men who beat up women?

Maybe you need to go on an ego boosting self confidence course.

Or are you one of the .... well he might have beaten other women up but I will be soooo special to him and understand him so well he won't touch me kinda girls.

LK - will not come and visit Mel in the hossie .... sorry !

Get a grip luv ! *sorry but my temper is slipping and my blood pressure rising*

I know - my head is hurting already

Why oh why (here I go again) can't people go beyond what someone looks like and takes them for the people they are inside.

LK - no i dont have a glass eye or anything (and I dont mean to be offensive) I guess I am just doing the cliche thing .... looks mean sod all. Its the person that matters and how they treat you and others.

OK ... so now I need a valium and an aspirin!

Mel's only after PJ's wallet. Her mind was very centred on money.

"Smart and has been to university..." I don't know about the smart bit (hate the Americanisation of that word here, but call me old-fashioned), but going to university does not make him any more intelligent than Alex. I think Alex's brain is way more advanced than PJ's. Alex thinks about stuff and forms his own opinions, whether you agree with them or not. PJ, it seems to me, runs with group-think and is not able to carry an argument through, and has trouble expressing himself.

Speaking as someone without a degree, I can only say a lot of people who I know who do have them don't in any way exhibit any more intelligence than those who don't have them. It seems so often to be the case that once people have been to university, they think, "That's my education done with, and I've got the piece of paper to prove it." And that's where their thinking ends.

PJ as a lawyer. Please, I hope he never has to represent me!

I thought he was a complete dullard in the house, and I'm glad to see the back of him. I think he should've gone in place of Alison and done us all a favour.

Those are my opinions, anyway..

Now I'm probably going to get laughed of the Forum for this but I can't help noticing the similarity of PJ's and Tom Cruises' smile also he "worked" the BB crowd in a similar manner to the vertically challenged ones recent Minority Report premiere

(About time this board invented a tin hat smilie )

Oldgit: Isn't there a yawning difference between the smiles of PJ and Tom Cruise? Tom Cruise's mouth is huge, and PJ's is, well, not huge, and PJ's teeth are tiny, and it looks as though he's got the beginnings of gingivitis there, but I'm no dentist, so I couldn't be sure.

Have you been to the optician's lately?!!

And that of course makes it all right - please!

Ted Bundy also wanted to practise law and went to university. He beat up women and thought they were sex objects

He was very attractive and even when he was being tried for rape, murder and the abduction of women, he had a fan club of adoring female fans. When it came out in court that some of the women he had raped and murdered, he had cut their heads of and carried them round in his car for weeks on end, they still thought he was 'misunderstood'

Now I am NOT saying that PJ is going to end up doing ANYTHING like that. Honestly I am not. Even I can't stretch my point that far.

But I just wonder why so many women want to know a man like that?

How is violence and humiliation attractive?

LK - is sorry for going right off the edge of reason here... but I am honestly SO pissed off with this PJ fan club thing!

I wouldn't worry about it, LK - I'm with you if a little less vociferous (your vociferousness is good!)

PJ has appalled me almost from the word go on BB, tonight made me want to vomit - he leaves the house to a rapturous reception, women throwing their underwear at him, people here saying "oh he's so gorgeous!" and the fact that he's a sexist, homophobic, probably racist scumbag is of no importance at all because he might have looked nice tonight (he didn't) and he's probably going to earn loads of money...(unlikely actually, his performance thus far hasn't gone down well with the firm that employs him - he'll have difficulty getting another firm to take him on - the law is not a profession where bjs on live tv, etc go down well). The money thing - that makes it all okay does it? How shallow and foul is that - oh it doesn't matter that he's a carbuncle, he's loaded!

There really aren't the words - or certainly not ones you can use on this forum to describe just how messed up all of this is!

I'm with you all the way LK. I've seen a certain person in another thread trying to justify PJ's beating of his g/f by saying he was drunk, so it's ok. She's obviously not been in a violent relationship, so can't understand the fuss. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, as I think I've said before.
PJ is vile, but don't let people get to you. Most women wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Unfortunately, there is always a minority, or people like PJ wouldn't exist.

Please! MelBB1 - I must make an appeal for all those intelligent, caring, fun non-graduate men out there. If you find the very sleazy peeej attractive fine, but to attempt to establish some sort of brain activity beyond a short-circuited penile response to any conversation is stretching admiration to an extent that distresses me. I'm sorry to say that I have (in a previous, but sadly not forgotten life) taught on degree courses, and believe me I have taught some rather dense (okay I mean extremely stupid) students who can just about put together an essay that meets the assessment criteria. His misogyny, homophobia and vileness whilst occasionally drawing on dark levels of articulation are not measures of intelligence ... Dropping in a few randomly relevant quotes is not a measure of intelligence (how did timmeh get his degree???). I have enjoyed the genuinely intelligent, vibrant, inclusive and downright funny company of many people who haven't got a formal education - all more attractive than peej through the warmth of their humour and the trust they inspire.

Perhaps I need glasses - But at this moment in time no way, no how could consider PJ to be sexy.

I do consider PJ to be amusing and would consider having him as a friend .... no way a lover .....

Don't worry, many people support you here.

I started to forget P.J.'s negative traits and started to warm to him in ways.

Then in Davina's interview, his true personality reared it's ugly head again.

Feel really guilty for actually starting to like him.

p.s. I read one of your posts last week, and I think you've made a very perceptive observation. I think you're absolutely correct. This isn't the right thread so I'll leave it for now.

With you all the way on this one, femmeforte, except to say that I enjoyed the teaching. The sad thing is that today universities are run by gobbins and spin doctors.

...............more like a shorter, uglier version of Grant Mitchell!!! Seriously though I can't imagine any self respecting woman finding him remotely attractive - he has a p*** poor attitude to women for a start, he appears to be homophobic and is a self-confessed woman beater (just because he was drunk, in no way excuses it) what's there to like?

I am just glad that he still got one up on Adele. He lasted longer than her, played the game better hence her downfall at his hands, and he can still hold his lovely head up with pride that he was NEVER EVER nominated for eviction by the other housemates. What a way to go! I will miss his bravado, him fancying himself, his silly sexist talk that we all know is just base humour. He will be missed by Jonny and Kate also. GO KATE. GO JONNY. It is up to them to carry the flag now..............do it for Alison and me! ”

I totally agree with you!!!Ill miss him! Also loved watching his exit!He was reall enjoying it!Im glad he got a better reception than Adele!

PJ is vile. He made me cringe when he was in the house and I cringed all the way through his eviction interview last night.
I wont bother to list the reasons, LK and others have done it for me, much better than I could have too!

What degree exactly?

When did she fit it in?
She has been working in IT for two years.
(Was that before or after she got together with Charlie?)

We must know ;o)

So you're saying that you're a gold digger?

Also, remember that PJ will give you a quick seeing to under the duvet before hotly denying it the next day when he realises that his 'mates' don't approve.

You're right - Kate never did go to university. She was talking the other night about how she never thought it would be her kind of thing. She has been thinking about it tho and aparently if she did go would do fashion in London.

She doesnt have an IT degree.
