Do you still have or use a pager?

Aren't they still used by the NHS?
In addition to the national paging networks ...[LIST][*]BT / O2 (defunct)[*]Hutchison / Orange (defunct)[*]Mercury / PageOne[*]Vodata / Vodapage[/LIST]... there are also on-site paging systems which use a local transmitter and these are typically the type used by hospitals, cruse ships, commercial and industrial premises etc.

I have a Motorola Pager but don't know the number.

Ahh I used to love my BT easyreach pager. The football scores, news updates and lottery results were great.

It didn't work great when someone wanted to actually get hold of me though. I never got their message half the time!

We had to have one if we didn't have a mobile phone number to be on call to fix bugs at the 11th hour if we went home.
