o2 Extra's
I have just registered one of the new o2 online sims & I signed up with o2 extra's. I downloaded a game, which was meant to be free and gits took £5 of my credit. Tried ringing them to sort this out and got no where. Can anyone suggest a contact number for somewhere in o2 that could help me with this?
Cheers

O2 Online problems need to be sorted ONLINE!
Go to www.o2.co.uk and click the help link, find the "Contact Us" option and they'll get back to you within 24hrs |

Right, I had a problem where my 300 free texts just STOPPED and I'd only sent over 100 so I looked around for a number to call them on that was free as I disagree with extrorionate charges. So I posted a message on here and was given a link to saynoto0870.co.uk and after reading a few numbers, I found this number: 0800 005005 it gets you through to someone on the contracts desk but they put you through to the PAYG dept and it's free!
