I can't imagine Jonny on SM:TV . What's he going to do, smoke ans stare at the floor every Saturday morning.

Tehn again, Brian never faced an actual eviction so who knows how his personality would have been changed by it......

When Jonny isn’t attempting to be funny and decides instead to be himself.. don’t you feel that he comes across as some kind of manic depressive? It beggars belief that people actually find him entertaining and would like to see him regularly appearing on TV..

Its got to be the bored housewife syndrome..

Both the previous winners of BB have gone on to regular TV slots.

This is obviously to the programmes advantage as it is a constant reminder of BB and increases public interest.

Why are the CH4 BB editors moulding Jonny for the winners enclosure when I can see no possible future for Jonny in TV. What's he going to do before he goes in front of the camera, have 3 or 4 bottles of newkie brown ale to liven himself up?

Seriously: I can see both Alex and Kate having some sort of future in television (though obviously in different areas).

Jonny: where would he fit in? The bloke does not offend me - but he is, err, too hammy by half - he is the archetypical sad clown without the humour.

Kate, while an accomplished actress, is at least good at it.
Alex: no doubt appeals to the pre-teen element ;o)

Sigh: it looks a close race. jonnykate supporters will have to choose which of the twins to sacrifice. Only one of them can get to the last two to beat Alex.

Did anyone watch Jonny and Kate playing Croquet into the early hours.

Jonny would cheat had every opportunity changing the scores taking extra shoots when Kate wasnt looking he really hated losing.

At one point he got so angry when he missed a shoot he whacked one of the hoops with his mallet and another time he smashed is mallet into the ground breaking the head off of it.

even at this point kate said "Jonny has the shortest temper in the BB house"

he plays Croquet like he plays the BB game cheating at every turn and trying to change noms.

Its not my fault you dont like reading the truth and after he smashed the mallet on the ground last night he said he would give it to Jade to use in the morning when she played so he quickly repaired it.

and what happen this morning he gave it to Jade and the head fell off and she thinks she broke it.

the official site says the head fell off last night but they didnt say how he broke it by losing his temper.

everything is just trying to say he a nice man but really hes just a foul tempered little man who hates losing.

Yes - I can confirm this as I too was watching. My first thought was "This will never be shown on any of the programs - its too revealing".

Thanks for confirming that Mags, along with Helen Hawken one of the producers of BB, has just said on BBLB that Jonny broke it in a fit of anger last night.

The thread that Mr Omega closed earlier, was not a post slagging Jonny off, it was just telling the truth of what happened at the time. I was just wondering if anyone else had seen it, and wanted their thoughts on it.

I had no problems with the opening post but it appeared to me that it was going to turn into yet another slagging match between the two factions.

Another reason it might not be shown is the language, lost count of the amont of times he called Kate, you Sh$t or you bitch, and others, it may all be in jest, but i found his language inappropriate.

They may well show the incident on the hour long BB tonight, especially after the producer brought attention to it on BBLB this afternoon. They may also have to show that happening in order to prove why the mallet broke when Jade went to use it, and Jonny just saying to Jade, that happened to me last night, which was total lies.

After all, I didn't see Jade smashing the mallet into the ground in a temper.

He did admit to Jade this afternoon, that he had broken it and had tried to fix it, but didn't admit that it was in a fit of temper.

I was watching last night but must have fallen asleep when that happened. Croquet is soooo interesting.

I had to switch off last night when the chuckle brothers were playing that guessing game in the garden.

Kate was so annoying when she kept saying "yesss!" in that irritating voice. The only reason that they stay up so late, and Jonny is the master of this, is so that are guaranteed maximum camera exposure. I honestly think that they are so deluded that they actually believe their little double act is funny!! It isn't.

All Kate ever does is tell Jonny that "he is loved out their". They constantly go on about how they wish Alison was still with them (thank god she's not) as if they had known her for years.

Once again last night Jonny was referring to "nominated 3 times me", god almighty will he ever stop? They are also king a queen of the lame anecdote. None of their stories have any purpose. They start off badly, tail off in the middle and then fall completely flat. Kate's wonderful story of the guys on holiday have a massive drinking session and fighting each other was so poor.. She kept trying to make it sound interesting and it wasn't, she stuttered her way through as if half of it was fabricated.

Well there's may rant for the day I feel better now.
”

By way of contrast Alex and Tim's stories are sooooooooo exciting and funny

All loyalties aside I'd like to see Jonny go next 'cos I simply don't find him that interesting (sorry Jonny-ites).

He seems like a nice man but he just tries too hard, and it's not even fun watching him agonise, wrongly analize and further depress himself. I don't want to leave in there to mess with his head.. Alex is better value on that score.

The standard of witty, erudite interesting interaction this year has been really low. They all seem to lack real 'warmth' for each. I don't know why this is. I really can't see any lasting bonds. Perhaps I missed all the best chats, (and yes I have E4 -but I've still seen more of the chickens feathery arses than funny housemate chats)
