Agreed, but that’s not the point. The point is that in addition to all the lovely behaviour we’ve seen from her inside the house, we now find out that in her outside life she’s shown a predeliction for bullying, thieving and skipping out on paying thousands of pounds worth of bills. And that’s just the stuff we know about.

I fail to see one decent attribute to the woman.

Bloody hell people, if it is true and she has not paid taxes due, then she should go to jail and pay the price, and not be handed £70K !!!!! GET REAL.

Boo the witch! Jail the witch! Boo the witch! Jail the witch! Boo the witch! Jail the witch! Boo the witch! Jail the witch! Boo the witch! Jail the witch! Boo the witch! Jail the witch! Ha ha ha.

And for our next trick, let's force her to watch replays of the most choice moments from her time in the house.

I think that’ll be the final straw for her. She appears to have the (selective) memory of a goldfish and confronting her with her past misdeeds would be quite something and would make for awesome TV. I believe that evicting her next week will be the only chance we get to see her put under the microscope. She’ll pretty much escape unscathed if she makes it to the final four whereas Tim appears ready to walk any minute so we may not have to waste a vote on him.

Could all work out very nicely.

In a way I hope Tim walks and in a way I hope he doesn't. I want him to get booed. He doesn't realise just what he has done in the house, but it will all become clear on the outside.

Yes he quite genuinely doesn't understand why the public could possibly want him out the house that badly that they are chanting 'get tim out' etc. He is absolutely terrified at the thought of getting booed. If he walks then it just shows him as a coward.

I hope he doesn't walk as I want to see Davina interrogate him over his 'ginger' hair

Tim wont walk while he thinks there is a glimmer of a chance of easy money.

Remember when he got put on thepoor side - he said he was going to use up all his 3 strikes doing things he wanted to do and to hell with BB - BUT did he - No way. He's all talk.

I hate to tell all of you who have tried to work out how Jade will pay off the council tax, that I'm pretty sure you can not use money won off a game show to pay off debts. Do you remember that bloke from Essex who won some money on Millionaire? He had council debts, so he wasn't alowed the money in the end.

In a way I'm distressed by someone who is titled "Digital Spy Reporter" is so free with the expression "I want him to get booed". It must be very difficult to do a professional job of reporting the facts if you are so hampered by the anti-Tim hate campaign.

There are a lot of very informed reports that could be written into why such an intense level of hatred could arise. You surely need to be able to step back to be able to see the bigger picture, no?

Try finding someone on the planet that DOES like Tim.

Al, he writes about a silly TV show - He’s not a Doctor, priest or solicitor. I don’t believe you have to take any vows before writing for DS.

A little perspective maybe?

Surely there must have been more to it. That's like saying if I won the 70K on BB then I wouldn't be able to pay off my credit card? Because let's face it, that's a debt too. Or is it just 'council debts'

I'm appalled at this thead and many of the comments within it. Have none of you ever had any adversity in your lives ? I'm not saying that people who do end up in financial difficulties aren't to blame, to some extent, for these difficulties, but none of us are immune from disaster. Being pious and damning about people who, for whatever reasons, usually unknown, have ended up in debt is just so judgemental and harsh.

I have worked as an advisor to people who find themselves homeless and in appalling circumstances, and often my clients have been the victim of a string of devastating coincidences. The toll on families in terms of stress, depression and dreadful ill health is immense. Not all people who are in debt, and/or are in receipt of benefits are freeloading scum bags !

Has no one else taking part in this thread ever owed any money for anything? Do none of you have credit agreements for cars, furniture etc ? What if you sudennly became ill, found that your payment protection insurance didn't cover your particular circumstances? If you had no one else to turn to for help, how could you stop it spiralling out of control and ending up in the gutter, along with your family, and being called a freeloading tax avoiding scum bag to top it all off ?

I feel astonished at the lack of understanding in many of the posts in this thread. The reasons for people ending up in debt are too complex to be able to just condemn it without a second thought, plus most of the vital information needed to even begin to understand !

I think this forum as a whole is a fantastic one, being for the most part intelligent, entertaining and mature. Please can we have a little more compassion with regard to Jade and her family background and financial circumstances ?

No, but based on the evidence and what I’ve seen with my own eyes, Jade is.

You call the reporting of the Sun, Star et al evidence?? Concerning Jade, what have you seen that has made you think that?

Okay. Any posts I make on this forum are my own opinion, as are any posts you make. I don't get paid in my position with Digitalspy and it is totally voluntary on my part. Any reports I post on the DS:BB website will be totally neutral.

Is it fair that you are allowed your own opinion to be expressed on this public forum whereas I am not?

I don't hate Tim, but I do hate his viewpoints on such aspects as Race & Gender. He seems very lax in the comments he makes about such things. Saying in the Diary Room that he hates 'easy' girls yet being totally ready to use these 'easy' girls for one-night stands. Tim says he has done nothing wrong while in the house that would deserve to be booed for. I actually agree with the editorial in today's Eastern Eye that Tim should be thrown out of the Big Brother house for making the crass 'joke' he did earlier this week. Tim knows he is on television and has undoubtably been well informed of the commitments this entails by Endemol and Channel 4.

Let's face it Jade is not going to win BB. She will however, Be in demand for interview, appearances, advertisements etc. She will have not difficulty in paying off her debts having left the house.

Theres always one.

It may be just a gameshow, but this is JUST a forum. We don't have to put the world to rights here, its for opinion. Sometimes we get carried away with those opinions, its only natural. We could do without the sermon.

Totally agree !! Rupert Murdoch - owner of the Sun and an American citizen - routinely avoids as much tax on his British profits as possible.
But of course he's ridiculously rich so employs a tax expert to 'avoid' paying. Poorer people are jailed but the fat cats get away with robbing the Treasury of BILLIONS.
Jail the fat cat scumbags !!!

She looked after her Mum through addiction and after her accident when she became an amputee. That must have taken a lot of courage and hard work whatever else people may think of her.

OK. So ranting in a bigotted and narrow minded way, which yes is allowed here, is 'just expressing opinions' but appealing for a little more understanding and pause for thought is ' a sermon' is it ?

Interesting distinction HBee !

I was trying to provoke a little more discussion about the why of it all, rather than watching yet more judgmental abuse be hurled at one individual for owing Council Tax - you are all probably right, she ought to be put in the stocks and then cast out of the country for it....purleeese !

And as regards your ' there's always one' comment. Perhaps you might be glad to have that 'one' who tries to be considered and moderate in their views on your side one day ? Or are you untouchable ? I know I'm not ! What I said was my opinion, it was a plea, not a sermon.

obviously none or you have ever had debts but i have and every week i used to imagine winning the lottery and paying it all off.i was married 25yrs old had had a fairly good life ,also knew i only had to turn to my parents if things got too tough.
as far as i am aware jade lives on her own (stays with mum as booted out of her flat-non paymt of rent) is only 21 , has had a naff childhood etc etc, if a few debts are all she has done wrong after all that..i say well done and use the £70k to pay it all and start looking after yourself not your mum ..enjoy it.

Thank you also for your agreement and acknowledgment Plums.

I was beginning to think that no one else knew where I was coming from at all. I'm as capable of being silly and making daft comments as the next person, but I felt I had to say what I did re. Jade.

I should imagine a lot of people who use this forum are in debt in some form or another - our economy is built on credit ! And in my case, thank goodness for it or I wouldn't be chatting on this forum or sat on this chair come to think of it !

Her mum’s not an amputee. She has lost the use of her left arm just like a friend of mine, who incidentally has a respectable job in a senior position at a bank.

I don’t believe Jade is Satan in human form but NOTHING in her past excuses her deplorable behaviour in the present and, from what I’ve gleaned, during her schooldays. If we’re being pragmatic I could say "what choice did she have BUT to look after her mother". Either that or face foster care. I’m not denigrating what can’t have been a particularly pleasant time but let’s get some perspective and for pity’s sake stop making sweeping apologies for the monster she’s become.

If she had half a brain she’dve taken this opportunity to make some new friends inside the house and realise that BB is a popularity contest both within and without the house. Although she’s slimed out of being evicted twice, she’s a goner next week and it’s only when she’s out that the damage she has wrought upon herself will become apparent.

There are too many people like Jade and what’s worse there are even more people desperate to apologise for their anti-social behaviour.

Monster ???? I think its you who needs a little "perspective " she bitches occasionally about other hm's ....who have also displayed exactly the same behaviour ....she's also shown compassion with them too ...her talk with Kate the night Kate was worried about a threesome being disclosed ...fixing up Pj's finger ....nope she's not a "monster" ...she's a bit loud ...has adopted some slightly annoying traits ..the baby voice ect ...but she has always pointed out her own faults as well ......
