Certainly less formal tomorrow if he's really going to be wearing pink lycra as is rumoured. The mind boggles! But he really doesn't even look comfortable doing latin, and he has been quoted as saying he thinks some of the latin dances (e.g. samba) are rubbish, which is probably why!

It's only the samba I've heard him have a go at. I agree with him that it's a silly dance - but that is what makes it for me. What's the point of life if we can't be a bit frivolous, sometimes?

I think it would be good for Anton to have a more confident SCD Partner with a predilection for Latin rather than ballroom - might get him to loosen up a bit. I agree that he doesn't look all that comfortable even if he is technically ok.

I actually love dancing samba, but must admit I prefer rumba (my fave) and jive. Wonder what he would have been like with someone like Jill Halpenny who was really good at latin. Don't know who he would have been better with this year, as the only other female left, Zoe, is far better at ballroom. Who would your ideal partner for Anton be?

anton seems to be better with the older woman so he should have had gloria

That's a tough one. Jill would probably have been my first choice for him. I don't think he and Natasha would have got on, somehow.

if jill had been with anton denise lewis would have won

Think I would agree with that bendymixer! They would have been good together, and might have gelled better personality-wise. Not that I don't think Darren Bennett wasn't good with her, cos he was, but perhaps they wanted to see Anton with someone different this time round.

I'd like to see that theory tested, though - so next time SCD producers please give him someone who will go the distance and who has a predilection for Latin and see how it works out.

Hi Mikey...another new member. Welcome.

I think we all seem to be in quite a majority then of who we think should win technically but on who we actually want to win.

Thank goodness it isn't just me!

Whoever wins I will be okay with...just some I want to win more than most (now that the ones I didn't like so much have gone.)

My head says Zoe, but my heart says Darren, not just because I find him attractive but to me he dances from somewhere deeep inside.

Okay..I am a bit late as had just watched the show..but I blubbed when Karen and Bill went..never blubbed on this show before!

Now I know that my heart wants for once, the acts to win...as I tried to like Colin and James tonight...and whilst they danced so wonderfully, they did nothing for me.

Bill did the best dance he had ever done imo..but still left.

Patsy, Darren and Zoe all made the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. Truely.

So now..I am at a loss...I guess that is my final three, even though I know it isn't technically right.

I enjoyed 5 of the 6 dances tonight - Colin and Erin did impress me also - try watching them again with the sound turned down and humming! I wont say which couple i was least impressed with for fear of upsetting people.

Oh go on...you won't upset people if you say who..as long as you don't give daft reasons.... like 'I didn't like so and so as they danced with a little otter on their foot and looked like they were about to blow up and I hate anyone who likes them' or other comments like that....which I know you won't.

Debate is great....it is truely just the personal abuse people have been peed off with here the last week. I can't reiterate that enough.

Debate makes the world go round..and it would all be dull if we liked the same people. I love a good debate!

There are just ways of putting it all I guess!

I hope Darren is in at the finish, I think he has more finesse than Colin and deserves to be the Best Man; whether he can beat Zoe is the question though.

As has been opined by others, I feel Darren has got the heart of a dancer within him and I think that makes him the best of this year's celebs.
