Just read your news. I soooo understand, I missed my best friends wedding in Monaco because I had my Law Society finals the next day. I cried all weekend and could not study through the tears, even though I knew it was the right choice I was really low.
Try to keep your head up, it might not feel like it now, but you will look back when you are a successful GP and earning loads of cash and know you did the right thing, especially when you will be able to afford to buy front row seats for the SCD USA finals in years to come!!!!!

I just got an email from the lady thats been calling me today, apparently someone is going to call me soon to confirm travel and accomodation.

OK - each panel member gets a point if they get one of these things seen or heard on the bits they show on ITT:

- custard in shot (either a tin of, or carton of extra points if you can actually see the yellow stuff)

- any Anton-ism; such as 'tres bon' 'marvellous' 'bootiful' etc, in an Anton-like impression

- purple/pink/white tight trousers references

- any reference to elephants, or even seeing a stuffed elephant

- Mention "That's blatant custard tactics" - everytime a judge says something unecessarily mean

- ambulance references

- red lipstick comments

- when Bill's on, "that's an excellent dance considering the elephant eating custard that we're supposed to ignore"

- double points for mentioning little otters, or any other one of Claudia's random phrases

No word from them to me either, but well done to those they have called/e-mailled, I'm sure you'll do us all proud.

On the theme of custard, it'd be interesting to see how many of the standard phrases, from the forum you can all manage to fit in; such as "Wigglesome Waite", "Ballroom Bill", "Gorgeous Goughie" & "custard tactics".

It'd probably leave Claudia confused, but would certainly add to the fun, for the rest of us, in hearing your views live, as it all happens.

Yeah - print out your list of points and keep them with you on your trip to London. I think the more random the better as Claudia won't know what to make of it and may even adopt one or two of them in the spirit of randomness. Anyway, if the whole 90 minutes is peppered with oddness then they won't be able to edit it all out

I'm really getting into this now. I must stop. All this speculation about the final line-up - it's like everyone guessing who the new James Bond would be!!
