DMR-E50 problem
Having a problem where at the end of a recording and when the DVD is being written to that it will go into 'recovery' and after that the DVD may not be recognised. Anyone else with the same model having this problem ?

I've had mine for over a year now and have come across problems like this. Only time I had the problem with a RAM disc. the disc was damaged. If I do get a problem with a CD-R I usually dump that disc as they are cheap to buy. This is a great machine as a VCR replacement but editing CD'R's is very limited compared to CD+R. Try unplugging from mains and pressing eject button when you plug back in. This should eject disc.
