Had a brainwave.....
Was watching scditt last night, and I think that Anton should have a go at presenting it!! He always has something to say!! and I'd think that he'd be great at it!

the point of a good presenter is that they get other people to talk, not do it all himself - I'm sure he might be good at other things, but a presenter NO!

It would certainly be entertaining! Although would anyone else get a word in edgeways?

If not ITT, how about the idea that he take over SCD when Brucie finally has to call it a day? Anton would certainly add the humour element for Saturday night entertainment & can you imagine some of the exchanges he could have with the judges, once he didn't have to worry about the knock-on effect it might have on the marking?

In all honestly I'm not going to complain about anything that gets Anton on my screen more often, and I would like to think that he'll continue to be around for a while yet in whatever capacity!
As for the talking thing, maybe it would be difficult for anyone else to get a word in edgeways, but that's not stopped Bruce, has it? I seem to remember him (Anton) guest presenting City Hospital a while back...does anyone else?? |

he would be lousy presenter cos all tony beke like to talk about is himself - Brendan would be far better but would not like to see either doing ITT or themain show

Yes he did present on City Hospital about a series ago
He was actually quite good as he got people talking and did listen to them. However haven't seen him on the series just gone but I am at work most days so could have missed him.
