i must admit i didn't see a lot of series one but she came acroos quite nicely, and i enjoyed her presenting scd loads more than i do when tess presents, she annoys me. however i can see that she may have a nasty prima queen atitude about her so i'm a bit divided on this subject.

however Caramel your comment on Karens choreography being bad is way out! she easily has the best choreography of all the dancers, maybe barring Darren B cos he is very skilled in that area, however even darren does not entertain the way Karen's choreography does, and that is what this show is about isn't it? entertainment, plus u have to take into accont that she can only do choreography that Bill can keep up with. so with limited resources she has done very well

Hear hear pipie, B and K did the most entertaining routines for me, and I'm pleased that others, particularly welshbabe, on this thread agree that Patsy staying in on that *cha cha* is a travesty.

Especially when you compare it to Bill & Karen's Cha Cha which was brilliant and was in week one!!!

Again - what is it that everyone's got against Zoe? I think she's fantastic.

Well I like her. So there!

Apart from the middle what was wrong with Patsy's cha cha? I really enjoyed it, could have been the pink shirt that did it, or the Elvis! lol

There just wasn't enough cha cha steps in it, it looked too sixties in the wrong way.

Oh yes, B and Ks cha cha in the first show was brilliant, still love watching it.

She shook her stuff about... badly... mucked up the basic cha cha steps... there were no straight legs and hip action in the actual cha cha part of the routine.. and it was clear she hadn't bothered to do a dress rehearsal in her dress. That excuse was just pathetic. But no apart from that she tried.

I do appreciate Anton saying that she's not a professional dancer and didn't have the ability to keep going and hide the costume disaster.. BUT wait a moment... isn't she an actress? Surely she's had costume disasters before and I just fail to believe that she actually danced her dress rehearsal in that dress - and if she didn't... why not... and why didn't she practise dancing in the dress even out in the corridor before the show went to air or even while it was on air before she went on to dance? I guess she'll know for next time - though wasn't it week 6?

I'm waiting until Saturday to see who impresses me. I'll be your unbiased judge on Saturday Looking forward to seeing all of the American Smooth dances!

Oh God yes, Welshbabe, James MUST stay in as long as possible, I think he's a fantastic performer, and the waltz was divine. If Patsy stays in ahead of him it will be farcical, and it'll really spoil the rest of the series for me.

Peach, Patsy and Anton did practise in the corridor, it was on the backstage footage of ITT on Monday. So no excuses. Didn't you just love Karen saying in the carpark on that bit as well, 'we're going to show those judges, contrary to what they believe, that Bill can dance' and then camera on Bill gyrating to his iPod!!! HILARIOUS!! God I'm missing him

I don't think it will be farcical if that happens but I do think James & Camilla's waltz renders them miles above Anton & Patsy but I am remembering his jive with closed eyes. And I havent' seen Anton & Patsy dance a "great" dance yet - I know Tango is supposedly their "great" dance but I didn't see the magic - though it was well executed.

Side note:- my kitten is playing hide and seek.

Its not at all Patsys fault its the other dancers above Bill and Patsy they got too many votes it didnt make any difference to Bill. I say vote Patsy now and stick it to Zoe etc

Your plaintive comment just about sums it up for all of us.
It just won't be the same without our lovely Bill and Karen.
Half of me just doesn't want to watch anymore.
Maybe they will pop up when we are least expecting it

Missing them... missing them... missing them..

Makes it worse that I think their samba would have been worth watching and I think their American Smooth would have been fantastic - I can picture Karen's choreography. It was just their kind of routine - instead we got lumbered with Patsy's awful jive, James' offtime Samba, Zoe feeling poorly, Colin & Erin were great but still waiting for the magic to happen. Darren & Lilia I had hoped would be amazing for me.. they did really well but they didn't make me jump up and down on my seat OR give me any goosebumps.

it was lacking something without Bill and Karen, guess we'll have to wait till the final to see them again, wonder which dance they will do

Will they definitely be dancing in the final? I can't remember last year's final and if all the couples danced again.

I certainly hope they do *crosses fingers*
