It's been so difficult to chose, I think this has been the closest ever.

My bet is Zoe, Colin & Darren. HOWEVER! No one is a sure bet... Look how Will went out. All it takes is folk to assume, for example, that Zoe is safe and not bother to vote.

Zoe, Colin and Darren yes. I would like Patsy to stay to the semis though. You are very right about the safe bets though. The very fact that I imagine many people assume these three in the final means they may not be getting the public votes they need should they slip up with the judges one week.

Zoe and Darren look like sure bets for the final. The third place is an utter free for all between Patsy, James and Colin. It's far too close to call between those three.

Why shouldn't you have started this? In fact, I agree with your choices. I think that it will be Zoe, Colin and Darren in the final as well. As much as I admire James and Patsy's efforts, I don't know if they will make it.

Stranger things have happened though - I only have to think about Aled and Lilia not making the final last year. It is definitely the most unpredictable series of them all, as I thought Bill and Karen were going to hang on ...

james (3rd)
zoe (2nd)
dazzler (winner)

Darren, James & Patsy or Zoe

None is safe now. I am not a big fan myself but James has a huge fanbase. He will not be at the top of the leaderboard, so the public will vote for him.

Colin and Zoe will probably have the least public support as they are usually at the top and sometimes considered safe. So one of them will probably get knocked out.

Patsy's fate is very much a mystery, can't predict really. Would love her to at least make the semis.

Just a thought.

Patsy will have to get higher marks if she is to stay in (possibly having to beat James [possible] and one of the others [unlikely]), but I think it is quite possible that James will deprive Colin of a place in the final.

most people like james, but there are quite a few (myself included) who just aren't keen on the colin and erin partnership

Zoe, Colin and Darren without doubt, certainly based on performances through the series (Zoe and Colin) and improvement (Darren)

I definately think Colin Darren and Zoe should be there in the final as they have so much abillity and have really impressed me! However, I am very worried for Colin as I think James has a huge fan base and may take his place.

Although I think it all depends on next weeks dance because the people who supported Bill on the night could switch and vote for the one who scores least with the judges.

Basically then I haven't got a clue and any three of the couples could make it!

I think it will be Zoe, Colin and Darren, However Id love to see Patsy there instead of Colin. I know Colin is the better dancer but there is just something about him that I dont like

If people vote for the best dancers it should be Zoe, Darren and Colin - fingers crossed

My ideal final would be Darren (he HAS to win!), Colin and Patsy (purely for the fact that her and Anton are so likeable). In reality, I think Zoe will be there with Darren and Colin...and while I think she's been good, I don't think it would be very fair. If reports are to believed, she has had much more training than the others (other than her sessions with Ian)...surely the competition should be about who has improved the most over the last few weeks with their 'proper' training partners/sessions ? It also really bugs me that some of the judges are so biased towards her...she can do nothing wrong, even when she clearly does! Ok, moan over...DARREN TO WIN!!

I think Darren and James, plus either Colin or Zoe. I think it could be Colin, if Zoe stays top of the leader board everyone will assume she's through.

How exciting would that be - an all male final!

I know Zoe is very talented and I should want her there based on fairness etc etc but why should we be forced to support the best people? I really like James and Camilla and know they're perhaps not the best of the lot but they keep me entertained and I'm supporting them. I'm one of those not so sensible people who goes with my heart rather than doing the right thing (as perceived).

The lack of support for Colin also worries me. I'm really puzzled about why people don't like him. I also think there may be a few surprises if Zoe doesn't end up top of the leaderboard on Saturday - how much public support does she actually have?

I think it will be Darren, Colin and Zoe. However, I would dearly love it to be James instead of Colin!!!

I think Darren will certainly be in the final, he's a good dancer and well liked.

I imagine that Zoe will also get through, although we've not had a chance to see what the public support for her is like as she's never had a middle of the table performance yet where every public vote counts.

On ability Colin should also get through but I am worried about the way he is being edited and hope that the public will vote for him on ability and not on spin.

On her day Patsy could be very good so who knows if she'll pull a great performance out of the hat and save herself.

So, to cut the waffle short I think it'll be Darren, Zoe and Colin, but I'm not staking my house on it.

Sorry if I have repeated what other people have said before me, I wanted to stick my thoughts down while they were still clear in my head, I'll now go back and enjoy reading the rest of this thread.
