Satelite navigation for SonyEricson w800i.

just wondering if anyone knew any software which i can use on this phone obviously with a bluetooth gps reciever.. thanks

Not possible. You need a smartphone like the N70 or SPV.

I wouldn't say it's not possible, just that nothing's been developed for it yet.

Unfortunatly the W800i is unable to run the applications that the N70 and similar phones can because they use the Symbian OS which is intended for further use of your mobile than just a mobile.

The chances of seeing something like this for the W800i aren't impossible, but I'd say they are certainly slim to nothing. It has the storage possibilities with it accepting memory stick duo pro, but it would have to be written in Java.

You could always write to Route66 and Tomtom to see what they say, but expect a standard reply.
