A Message for Ian and Zoe

I just wanted to say thank you. I have just watched last night's show properly for the first time, and watching you dance was wonderful and overwhelming. I am excited just waiting for you to come on and every week has been a joy, but this week's Tango nearly made me cry.

You are brilliant ambassadors for dancing and even make me feel like I could give it ago.

So thank you so much, I love the show and I love watching you so much.

My only comment to that is that it should really have been 4 10s. It was emotional, passionate, evocative, everything a tango should be and more.

It brought tears to my eyes when I watched it.

I'd also like to have that dress. Except I'm about a foot too short for it.

I adore seeing zoe and ian dance - it's a total delight to watch as they are so beautiful and elegant together and their dances are always so full of passion (in a platonic stylee!)
Watching them always gives me goosebumps!!

What more can be said I adore Zoe and Ian.

The dancing was so moving and beautiful.

Zoe's an inspiration!

The interesting thing, and that which sets Zoe apart from the other celeb contestants, is that she was completely in character from the minute she walked past the flats onto the stage. She was gurning to the camera right up until the second she had to go on stage - then she immediately became "the performer." This was astonishing and something that the judges must look for. Their dance was amazing, and while I've had a soft spot for Bill all series, I think that the praise for Zoe and Ian isn't all fabricated by the judges. They really do have that something!

Lovely message, Startwirler. Thank you for sharing it. Hello to all the other posters, too. Nice to see the Zoe and Ian support seems to be increasing

I think I've watched their tango about four times now, which might be a tad on the obsessive side, but I just loved it so much. Who knew they had all that passion? It was fabulous to watch and they undoubtedly deserved not only those high marks, but all the praise that was heaped upon them. They're an absolute joy to watch each week, both during ITT and show on Saturday, and something that I really do look forward to seeing.

They really are an inspiring couple, especially to see how wonderful a dancer and performer Zoe has become. Previously I've only thought about taking up dancing but this week I actually went and had a look through the classes available in my area. That's something I never would have had the confidence to even consider doing in the past, but when I see those two dancing, I can't help but wish I could do the same. It just looks like so much fun.

So, thank you Zoe and Ian for the pleasure you bring to us each week. You're both truly inspiring.

I'm not surprised ITV are losing viewers, if you want to see the X-factor, you need to watch Zoe and Ian.

I was speechless after their tango on Saturday evening.

Absolutely brilliant.

I was actually transfixed with my dinnerfork caught halfway between my plate and my mouth.
I've quietly watched and supported Zoe and Ian since the beginning and they just keep getting better and better!

No pressure Zoe...

Ditto, their tango left me and Mr AK speechless, completely captivating. A great performance from beginning to end. As Gr. Weatherwax said, Zoe completely went into character from start to finish, and did a fantastic job, with Ian constructing a brilliant dance for them. I also want her dress, and am also, sadly, a foot too short to fit into it

It was an absolutly fantastic dance and they deserved the high scores they got. By far the best performance of the night. They really deserve to win the competition!

Not a massive Zoe fan usually (I usually think she is a great dancer but that the judges do hype her a bit) but totally in agreement with everyone else in this thread - such a beautiful tango, she was perfect and Ian is so talented with his choice of music and choreography. Was my favourite routine on the night by a mile.

You can't deny class, and that's what the routine had.
Ian's choreography was, as usual, superb, and Zoe was a match to him in every movement and look.

I love the faces Ian makes when he's dancing, he's so expressive.

I do blather on... but here's a delight to cheep up a dreary Monday

p.s. The dress was AMAZING too!!

It was soo good - I felt like they were in a sleazy smoky club in Germany with Marlene Dietrich waiting her turn - what they did was my idea of a 'real' tango, not the modern intepretation
