I really agree with you, happyfeet, i think it's a shame that the lesser known dancers ended up with lower profile partners and didn't have the fanbases to keep them in until they could improve. I thought both Siobahn and Jaye had great potential, and if they'd had Anton and Brendan, we would have had a chance to see more of them. Same for Matthew and Zorro - if they'd had Patsy and Fiona they might have survived longer. I think that, much as they say they don't know who they're getting, fan-faves like Brendan and Anton probably get some say in who they get.
Next year they should insist on mixing things up a bit more! And I would love to see Karen back, with a hot young thing as contrast to her friendly, fun partner this year. It would be great to see what she could do with someone different.
