I don't know if I am the only person that thinks this but Kate has really changed over the last couple of weeks, she is really being horrible to Jade ALL THE TIME... I know Jade is no saint but the way they just ignore her, and Kate say''s things like, LET ME FINISH!! just cos Jade wanted to say something, and she just tries to make her look stupid all the time!!!!

can we get Kate out now cos I think she thinks she is gonna win! and she is NOT!

Perhaps if Jade took some time to slow down when speaking and actually allowed others to get a word in edgeways, kate wouldn't have to ask her to 'let her finish'. I think kates changed for the better, shes come out of her shell the last couple of weeks and its very much for the better.

The sooner Jade is out the happier I'll be. Psycho Mum or not.

I don't think this is really Kate specific, all the housemates now seem to only tolerate Jade, none of them seem to really trust her anymore with good reason. Jade has really dug her own grave with her actions over the past few weeks and almost everybody still in there have woken up to what she has being doing and her attempts at trying to wash over it aren't really working.

Have to add I didn't see the whole Johnny/Kate stripping Jade incident last night so my opinion may be out of sync

I don't think Kate has changed - it is just more apparent how nasty she can be now there are fewer HMs left.

I am particularly struck by the speed with which she goes off on one. One minute she is laughing and joking, the next she is stressing in the mirror (carpet burn, spots, cellulite) in quite a paranoid fashion.

And she gets very impatient and cross with Jade, even when Jade is acting reasonably.

Odd girl IMO, and someone who I would probably avoid if I met her socially. I wouldn't trust her.

why can they not trust Jade? she knows how badly she has behaved, and has apologised to everone.
She has not slagged off anyone, yet has heard people slag off others eg Tim about Jonny

They have been living with Jade now, without any chance to get away, for 7 weeks now. I know after 1 week of living with Jade that I would find it hard to stand the girl.

Kate was asking the others after the task and Jade had gone to bed whether she had been unreasonable with her. Is it too much to be able to finish a sentence? How would you feel if anything you were trying to say was just interupted so Jade could have her say.

I think in the false environment they are now in an apology really isn't enough to satisfy them, every little thing in there is blown up out of proportion.

Jade was the main instigator in the whole Sophie persecution imho.

Jade is immature and quite easily led but she is still responsible for her own actions and words, hopefully these few weeks will be a big wake up call for her, especially when she gets out and sees her behaviour.

She is justified in treating Jade that way. Firstly Alex (stirring it as usual) told her recently all the things that Jade had said about Kate and Spencer fiddling under the sheets etc. Kate was upset but was advised in the Diary room (and by Jonny and Pj) against confronting Jade as she was up for eviction and should enjoy what may be her last week etc Obviously it is still an unresolved issue. Secondly, Jade was making it clear to Kate all week that she would be evicted instead of Pj by constanting telling Kate about packing her stuff and going on about what eviction outfit Kate was going to wear etc. This was spiteful and tactless. Finally, since PJ was evicted Kate told Jonny that it was obvious that Jade/Tim/Alex wanted PJ to stay rather than her, so imagine how she feels? Also right from the night of PJ's eviction, Jade has been spoiling for a fight with Kate and is constantly argumentative with her over the shopping etc. She evn told Tim that BB must have fixed it for Kate to stay because theyt do not want only one female in the house. What a nerve she has! So before you start throwing stones at lovely sweet Kate look at the facts.

Also at least Kate does it to Jade's face and not behind her back (like Alex) or by slagging her off to the cameras (like Alex again).

And why was Kate completely obsessed by the shopping list from the time before the task to the completion of it?

She did nothing else much but talk about it and try to boss everyone about over it.

I guess you missed the bit last night where Jade spoke about how much she likes Kate now. Oh well!

I give Kate credit for having so much patience with someone who has said so much about her. Channels 4's editing has unfortunately not let most people see just what Jade has said about her.

Jade has never apologised for the things she's said, and still seems to be under the delusion that she's a saint who doesn't like liars, two faced people and bullies despite being guilty of all 3. The only reason she doesn't continue to bitch is because people like Jonny and Kate won't listen to it.

And people still can't seem to understand that the stripping incident was a bit of fun which was not designed to hurt anyone. It all ended up with everyone involved giggling... Come on guys, get real here... Bullying is about the victim feeling a real dsicomfort... Jade has attached herself to Jonny and Kate, clearly quite enjoying their company.

Did anyone see the look on Kates face when the boys (Pj, Johnny and Tim) confronted her about what was going on with Alex under the covers?? She vehemently denied anything was going on and was cleary bricking it... but i recall her saying something like "well done Alex" when he retrieved the van while his head was under her duvet the other night in a darkened bedroom.. Does she think they would nominate her for her antics with Alex?

Alex also denied the game in a conversation with Jade that took place at exactly the same time in the bedroom.

Its strange how the words 'lovely sweet Kate' have dominated descriptions of Kate over the weeks. Kate is only lovely and sweet because so far in the game she has managed to stay quiet thus enabling many people to project their fantasies onto those doleful blue eyes. Its noticeable that now as Kate is getting more confident this projection is getting harder to maintain. The fact that kate is an attractive girl has so far disquised just how much like Jonny she really is, ie puerile, aggressive - in other words not very nice. I would love a girl to win. But not a girl like Kate who relies on male approval rather than female camaraderie to further her ambitions. Kate is what used to be called a 'man's woman', she's basically a male attention seeker with no real interest or respect for her own sex (thus her self definition as a ladette - a woman who adopts the male criteria and standards of 'lad' culture).

She hid the van in her bed twice and he found it twice, and then they had a 1 hour conversation where she said the only person she fancied and liked that way was Spencer. If something was going on, she wouldn't say that to Alex.

And I guess you missed the fact that she said this the day before noiminations! She always sucks up to people before nominations so it means nothing when she says she likes Kate. I bet she will still nominate Kate! Even Tim was telling Alex that he noticed Jade trying to be all buddy buddy with him suddenly , just a day before the nominations...................

Was that when Jade was asking why he played it with Adele and Kate but not her??
Even though i dont like Jade and wouldnt want her to win, i do think she has tried hard to turn things around, its really pissing me off how Jonny and Kate are acting like school bullies and being so nasty to her but she either doesnt realise it or is putting up with it so not to alienate herself even more.

Who was Kates best mate at the start? Alison (a girl) - She went, and then Kate was on the rich side with Lee, Sophie, Jonny and Sandy. Lee and Sophie were all over each other, and Adele and Jade had formed a friendship which did not include Kate.

Next week: Kate on the poor side with 3 guys. Jade and Adeles friendship grows as the bitching increases.

Next week: Kate and Sophie are on the same side, and Kate is the only girl to actually give Sophie time, and help her out a bit. People seem to forget this.

Next week: There's 6 people on that side, and Kate actually seems to become quite pally with Adele. There is little bitching involved, she just got on reasonably well with her.

Next week: The only girl left with Kate is Jade, who has told people many a lie and hurtful things about Kate. Yet! Kate still puts up with her, and they seem to be getting along okay... Jade even saying yesterday how much she now liked Kate.

I agree she is being so cruel to Jade. I have never been a Jade fan but her being the source of constant ridicule and bullying. Did you watch on E4 where Kate and Jonny pulled off her bikini. Kate pulled off the bottoms them threw them out of the pool and would not get them. To do this to another female is outrageous!! Jonny had to get them back for Jade in the end as Kate refused.

Yes, because she never was attached to Spencer and just him was she? She's now attached to Jonny... Their friendship is the strongest in the house.

Thing is... she was actually up for eviction and almost certainly convinced she was going when all this happened. The denial of anything going on between her and Alex is because there is nothing really going on. Do you see her all over him like she was Spencer? the guy who she told Alex that very night was the only guy she fancied and liked in that way?

All the housemates have changed towards Jade mainly because they've all wised up to her two-facedness. I can imagine C4 viewers being confused as this aspect of the group dynamic has been woefully neglected in the highlights which have become a platform for Jade to cry and bleat on about how she'll change and become a better person and dreams of love, happyness, world peace, a better future for our children a world without pain and suffering etc....

If Kate would have confronted Jade after her chat with Alex it would have made little sense if it made it into the highlights as Kate grievances would have been glossed over.

Although something of a feminist fellow-traveller I see much of your post as a straight-forward complaint that Kate prefers blokes to women and is not a card-carrying feminist towing the party-line. Although you may well find that reprehensible and vote accordingly I completely fail to see how it makes it her a bad person.
