Many forum members have expressed concern over Jade's ability to deal with the outside world when she leaves the house, but it looks to me as though it's Tim people should be worrying about.

Jade was nominated by the public after the first week -- a good indication, even to someone of Jade's limited mental resources, that she wasn't liked outside the house. But it didn't seem to bother her, and she hardly ever mentioned it. Then she heard the "GET JADE OUT" chorus a couple of weeks ago, and while she did ruefully say that she must be hated outside, again she's never seemed especially bothered by it. Just recently she said that if they boo her, she'll give the crowd a taste of its own medicine. Despite what people here think, Jade is clearly one tough kid.

Tim is a different story. He hears "GET TIM OUT" and goes completely to pieces. He can't stop going on about it, he wants to walk rather than be booed, he moans on and on, and sinks into a black depression.

Jade will handle whatever is thrown at her, but I don't think Tim will fare as well.

When Jade heard those calls, it was before Adele's eviction. Since then the housemates have heard the diabolical reception that Adele got. Now, Tim has heard calls for his eviction, so he must fear the same reception as Adele received. Personally, if I had a good idea that I wouldn't win (as Tim must do now) I'd just get up and walk rather than receiving the flack which Adele did. In the end, it's not worth it for an extra week.
