I am not sure it has - he kept contradicting his own scoring yesterday when he was justifying it, saying about James that he didn't think he could get a 10, and it is just the little things that ruins James performance - *ahem*. what about Zoe and Ian, they got 10's and had posture and spacing problems!!!

Then he was saying that to get a 10 u needed perfection which meant a perfect dance! - again what about Zoe and Ian??

Foolio!!!

Did Craig award Zoe & Ian a 10 though?

Sometimes I`m grateful for Bruces interuptions especially when the judges are giving the celebs a hard time ! He does seem to appreciate all the hard work and effort the celebs put in each week.

Yes !!! The judges "having a go" at each other ... STOP IT!

I once saw a tribal documentary some years back where they used a Conch Shell to maintain discipline amongst the elders discussions.

If you possessed the shell then ONLY you could speak. When finished the shell was passed to the next elder. It was perfect. Nobody was interrupted.

Use it on SCD. Start off with Bruce holding it and then, when he says "OK Craig, what do you think..." he hands it over to Craig. If then Len, for example, butts in with "Oh, stop nit-picking..." etc Craig could bump Len's head with the shell... Get it?

Just a thought

i think there would be a bit of shell hogging going on unfortunately and if they all said all they wanted to say there would be no time left for any dancing. so it's a great idea but not exactly practical.

Oh I don't know. Another scenario is all of them bar Len ending up unconscious by the time the second or third couple dance!

Lol. I agree with XxgraciexX about the pinks and fluffies!

The X-Factor forum may be a fabbo place to discuss the programme honestly - but my goodness it can get vitriolic and personal at times!! Some of the writers are so belligerent, it's quite shocking. I think it should be possible to be able to have an opinion without being patronising or humiliating to other writers.... or am I just a bit of a softie?

Sorry to veer off-topic. Anyway, I think the show is clearly very well created and developed overall, because it is quite hard to pick at its faults, but if I had to pick something: it would definitely be the way the judges (and Brucie) talk over each other. A wee bit undignified and disrespectful!

Ooh sugartingles I love your name! Why did I choose such a boring forum name? Do you think they'll let me change it just because I want to be pink and fluffy too?

Awwww, that's very kind of you. I'm sure if you ask nicely you would be allowed to get fuzzy and sparkly! Hey, nowt wrong with your name, though, kitten.

Ooh, on the subject of this thread - if I could wave a magic wand, I'd definitely like to see more of the training/week in progress included in the show... I sometimes miss the ITT shows and would love to see more of the chemistry and body language played out behind the scenes - ooer, that sounded rather naughty...! But it definitely adds something magical to the show seeing the dancers and celebs working through their routines, goofing and what-not. And some of the current VT editing has made certain peeps look prickly/frosty. Brrrrrrr!!!!

Sugartingles you are right about the editing.I am sure someone in the editing suite could make Bruno seem fair and unbiased if it wasn't a live show...perhaps we could have Bruno on a 5 minute video link with an edit button showing only his best bits.

In fact Craig has not given any couple a 10 this series.

His stats show that he has Colin and Zoe as the best dancers but puts Colin slightly ahead. Arlene and Len agree as to the best two dancers but have Zoe slightly ahead.

Bruno's stats show he thinks the only dancers in the competition are Zoe and Ian.
