really really frustrating, been trying to log on all evening!!!!! Glad its not just me

Is there a way of launching the realone window without all the surrounding browser cr*p?

I get fed up with having to close down the attached extra ch4 web page each time.

And I cant get rid of the pointless buttons at the bottom.
